I responded to an email to get Biotin for $4.95. There was no small fine print throughout the order process that stated I would be raped of $90.00 in the future. Otherwise I would not have placed an order. I received the Biotin AND saw on my the invoice that I was charged for Morrocan oil too. I called and told them I was allergic to Morrocan Oil and I wouldn't ever order it. So they sent me ANOTHER Morrocan oil!! Real Smart. The biotin states 60 capsules, there are only 30. The customer service lady said they would never send out 60 on a trial basis. So if Costco sells biotin with 2000 mcg of biotin for 7.00 and this online company sells biotin with 3000 mcg for FREAKING 89.00?? THIS IS DEFINITELY A RIP OFF!! It's one thing to work for a company that steals from its customers but to knowingly help that company steal from their customers is outrageous. I called back and said as a consumer I have the right to receive an invoice. They said they would send it last night 6/3/2015 and as of today I don't have the promised invoice that the supervisor said they would send. There is an 877 217-0454 on the bottle so I called it. Lo and behold it was the SAME customer service rep!!!
I ordered a bottle of free diet pills from an ad on Facebook. The pills arrived and used them. Then additional pills arrived one day with another shipment the next day. Each shipment was charged 88.99 to my debit card. I went on their web site, cancelled the order and asked for a return authorization. I have received no response from them but today I received another shipment of pills with another charge on my debit card.
