Not a good deal when they send incorrect items!

Do not order from this company! I had the exact same problem in July 2014 as the post entitled "buyer beware..." ha in may 2014. They are scam artists with very poor customer service. As in "buyer beware..." post, I, too had been a loyal customer for several years! I believe the company must have changed hands or must have been bought out because their service used to be very good and now it is AWFUL!

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Illinois, and I plan to also write the Illinois Attorney General. I reccommend everyone with problems do this. When they get enough formal complaints, perhaps they can be forced to stop scamming.

Buyer beware..

I have pruchased from this internet store several times. However, my last purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare. Compressionsale.com shipped me the wrong size item. I filled out multiple RMA requests with no luck and spoke to someone in sales that promised to immediately ship a prepaid return label. The sales person would not let me speak to the customer service representative, Melissa, who also promised multiple times to ship a prepaid return label.

Melissa's promises to ship a prepaid return label have turned into multiple excuses!

My first RMA was May18th, and I have yet to receive the prepaid return label so that I can return the item they incorrectly shipped.

All this time they still have my money!

A recent dispute filed with "buysafe" has yet to provide me with any satisfactory resolution.

My next step is to contact the Illinois States Attorneys office for investigation and an immediate refund of my money.

My advice is to shop elsewhere as this seller has no clue what customer service is all about.

Worst company ever

They will not accept returns.i bought and I know. Just click there google ads every day and pay them back

First, I am a disabled veteran and my wife is under going surgery and chemo treatment for breast cancer. She has had several lymph nodes removed under her left arm and recommended by her doctor to use a compression sleeve on her left arm.

After several hours of internet searching, I decided to order through Compression Sale Company. Because of the serious nature of her need for the compression sleeve, I paid an additional $29.95 for over night air. We placed the order late Thursday night and expected the delivery by Saturday at the latest. We received the package on Monday at 3 pm. Not exactly next day air as I paid for.

I called Compression Sale’s customer service and very rude gentlemen answered, placed me on hold to speak with the manufacturer of the compression sleeve Truform. He returned to the line and told me “that due to weather the package could not be delivered next day air.” I told him since I did not get it next day air as I paid I wanted at least a partial refund on the next day air shipping charge. He proceeded to inform me that they could not control the weather and no refund would be given. I argued with him about the charge and he told me “If I would stop talking and listen he would explain how things work with them.” I ask to speak with a supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back three times and all three times I was immediate sent to a recording to leave a message. I called back and spoke with a lady in sales, she informed me that there was no way to speak with a supervisor, that the only way to contact a supervisor was by email, but did not provide me with an email address.

Furthermore, once the order was placed, I never received a tracking number from UPS or FedEx, only a generic email from Compression Sale that the order was being shipped next day air, but the email did not contain who the shipping was being sent through or any way of tracking the shipment such as a tracking number, etc. Compression Sale is the rudest company I have dealt with for internet purchased, has no customer complaint department and as far as I can tell no supervisors to speak with or email as they claim.

Save you time, money and frustration and buy your compression products from a respectable and reliable company. Use my experience as an example of why not to use Compression Sale and save your money on their scams and frustrating staff. Do not buy from these rip-offs, it’s not work the hassle. I just hope the $29.95 over night air fee is worth the social media blasting their about to get from me.

On December 14, 2014 I ordered 2 pair 30-40mmHg Truly Transparent pantyhose on-line at compressionsale.com. The website took my order and payment information. The company charged my credit card December 15, 2014. By January 2 I had not received the order so I called the company. Customer service said that they "sent the order today". The order arrived Monday January 5 ; I looked at it that night. They sent me the wrong product. Tuesday January 6 I phoned the company again. They looked up my requested order but told me that they could not take the product back unless I had the number on the box to see if was/not the same product number that I ordered. They'd take it back if it was a different number. When I got home I checked the number and called with the different number on Wednesday January 7. At that point customer service told me that she could not agree to credit my credit card unless I had a return number. The way to get that was to go on-line under returns. When I did that I saw that the company policy is not to reimburse payment but to give store credit only and to only give that for certain products; my product to return was not mentioned. Further, I had to agree to this company policy or I could not get the return number ! I phoned customer service again and asked what to do since I wanted my credit card credited and did not want further business with the company. I was told that she could do nothing; my credit card would not be credited ( I hope you notice that I was told none of this the first two times I called customer service. ) When I asked to speak with a manager she said "They're not available at this time. You'll have to call back". She was stonewalling.

After calling my credit card company we together called the company (the third time) on a conference call -at a different number than the company gives the consumer! We then got M who told us there would not only be no monetary refund but my originally ordered product is no longer made so they sent me a substitution. I said I did not want a substitution and asked why I wasn't called to be told about the substitution. M was belligerent "We're not going to call you!" "Its in red on our website that the product was no longer available!" When I said that the red wasn't there when I ordered the product he again yelled at me " It's been there since I started working here in July!" In a word, my credit card company and I got nowhere When the credit card customer service woman politely asked to speak to a manager she was told - in exactly the same words-"They're not available at this time."

After getting off the phone with everyone I went back on-line to compressionsale website and to the web-page where I originally ordered the product. The product came up, the ordering part of the page in plain site and I could have ordered the product again!!! January 7!!. Now looking for the red lettering I happened to realize that what I was seeing was not the whole page. I scrolled down and right at the bottom was red lettering saying the product is not available. Let's see, they present the ordering part of the discontinued product when the consumer goes to the product page. They take the order!! As a senior citizen who is not a computer whiz and who assumes that she's dealing with an honest company I had no reason to consider I had to scroll to the very bottom of the page to see that the product was not available: Especially when the ordering section took my order!!!!

Something is wrong with this : This is deceptive of the company. They seem to be banking -pun intended- on unwary consumers. Not only is the website deceptive but you may not get your order or your substitution until you call the company. They seem to have trained their customer service representatives to at be evasive and misleading for as long as possible. And then when called to task by a credit card company they become belligerent. BEWARE!!!

This company has horrible customer service and return policy! I never tried the item I ordered on because I knew immediately the item was wrong. which also tells me their descriptions of items are probably misleading.

when I called customer service they told me I could only exchange the item. They would not give me a cash refund. I told them that is not acceptable especially since I never even tried the item on. The customer service representative told me that I shouldn't shop with them if I didn't like their policy. Then he wouldn't give me his supervisors name or transfer my call. He told me his supervisor would only email me. Which sounds very shady To me. Then he continued to mock and laugh at me.

in in addition their response time to my order was about 6 weeks! that was from the day I purchased the item to the day I received it. That also seems pretty shady to me.

After checking with customer service, I found out that the save10 coupon is still working on Truform and Activa brands. You will need to buy 1 or 2 pairs for the code to work. If you get 3 or more pairs of compression stockings, the special offer kicks in which overrides the coupon, which is fine. Great service overall, and I got absolutely no quarrels with this merchant. I only wish USPS would work on weekends. Surprisingly though, the free shipping is a lot faster with this company than competitors.

You better be sure you like what you buy because, no matter what their policy says, They will NOT accept a return! Only store credit or exchange. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No refund whenincorrect item sent

They will not even refund an order that was never sent! They sent the wrong item and would not send a refund for the item not received, even after I returned the INCORRECT item at my expense! They want to send me the correct item, but I no longer want it because I do not trust them and do not want to do business with them again. Stay away!
