As the title states, don't use them. The drivers are decent enough but everyone they have on staff acts like they are 14 and get off on berating customers. Since you have to prepay for your service they can make you wait (especially in your return trip). People here at JFK have been waiting for 3 hours for their ride back to New Haven. They lied to me saying it would be an hour, but the people at the desk who work at the airport let me know that the wait would be at least 2 hours. When I called to inquire about the real wait time Carissa (a horrible rep.) screamed "who wants to be supervisor today?!?" as everyone around her laughed. That was after arguing with me and refusing to transfer me to a supervisor at least 5 times.
If I could drive to their office and slap them all I would. I can't believe they are still in business.
