We purchased a container from Containers R Us. After multiple attempts to get it delivered and then our money refunded, we are left with nothing. On 4/2/2015, Containers R Us cashed our personal check for $3072 for a container which was never delivered.
After multiple attempts to get it delivered, we asked for our money back. We got the same treatment with our refund request - transferred calls, voicemail, blocked calls, etc. We did receive a letter from Rebecca Hennesy (CEO) stating they were having 'personnel' problems, so we know they are aware of the issue.
We then retained an attorney and requested our money back with no response whatsoever from this company. All attempts have led to our loss in money and time.
This company is a fraud to consumers. We hope nobody else does business with them.
