I received a letter from Convergent Healthcare Recoveries Inc. stating that I had an unpaid balance from Services Received 7/3/00 (14 Years Ago). I am very certain that I would not have any outstanding medical debt. It is unreasonable to expect a person to have records back 14 years to prove that the debt has been paid and/or did not belong to me. I am reporting them to the Fair Debt Credit Reporting Agency and the Attorney General's Office.
I keep receiving automated phone calls from them, saying it is an important call from "your health care provider, press 1 if this is XXXX" I press 1, and it goes no where. They keep calling but doing nothing. It is extremely annoying and harassing. If there is a debt (and I doubt there is) I would like to settle it, but they don't answer the call they are making. Planning on blocking their number.

Total Scam
100% certain that the debt they are claiming I owe was paid off. They are trying to collect on a bill that was paid in 2002...12 years ago.
