Received a letter today 07/15/2014 stating I owed a debt of $149.00 from a medical bill from 2004. The bill was paid by my medical insurance in 2004. These people are just Phishing and trying to see if you will send them money. Do Not contact them , just toss the letter. These people are scam artists.
