Being retired and living on a fixed income from Social Security, I am seeking a source of extra funding. I am not afraid of working for the money and I have always given a fair days work for a fair pay. So when I received an e-mail with an offer to make money I usually just delete them.

For some reason I did not delete this one, In fact I listened all the way to the end of their laborious video. The claims were fairly incredible, but the way this man tore into all the fake GURUs and talked about them as the scum of the earth, I had to think he could feel my pain having been ripped off again and again. He spoke to the very innermost feelings I had about those people who took the very funds I needed to keep the lights on. He spoke as if he was my pastor or older wiser brother.

He assured me that I would make $300.00 dollars tonight if I just followed his instructions. He guaranteed it, several times. He showed other people doing it, people not unlike myself. He showed all sorts of bank account proof. His video was the most professional video I had ever seen, or was it? It seems I made a comment like that just a few months back while on my quest to find an honest internet company. As it turns out it was a video just as professionally done but not anything like this one. Oh yeah I had to jump through the count down clock, just like this one and I had to make a decision while thousands of others were viewing the same information I was. I didn't want to loose out on my spot, he continued to repeat.

It turns out the video although completely different took me to the same place as this one did, because it has been over a certain period my bank Bank Of America will not allow a dispute. But as soon as I realized it was the same company I decided to lodge a dispute. The only way you can win against a company like this one is to dispute the credit card charge. The forms on your bank will talk about Fraud or un authorized use. You have to go through the effort to request a refund then base your dispute on the fact that they will not give you a refund. If you think they will give you a refund, just look at all the other reports that say they won’t!

If someone wants to place a class action suit against them I will be in. As for me I am going to visit my state attorney general as well and see if I can have them barred from doing business in NC. I will also be calling the FTC because for the ones that know what to do, there are thousands who do nothing. I know I was one of them I already lost my money to these crooks!

While trying to start a home based business I was referred to Cool Handle as a company that could help me set up a domain and website.

I logged on and found they had a plan for $10.95 a month I could join. I proceeded to join at the monthly rate and all of a sudden I get an alert from my credit card comapny that I was charged $277.75 and $286.61 from this company on my credit card. That is a total of $564.36.

I immediately called Cool Handle to cancel and they said I had to go online to cancel the order to get my refund. I did so within hours of signing up and the email response I received was that they could not cancel my order nor would they refund any of my money.

They are deceptive and thieves. I had expected a charge of $10.95 to my credit card not $564.36. No matter how much I have called or emailed they continue to maintain that those are the terms of their agreement of which I never checked the box stating that I agreed to their terms.

They still will not refund the money they stole from me.

Cool Handle are rip off artists that scam hard working honest people. I tried to cancel the order before it was active and their customer service rep Charriese said I had to wait until it was active and then could go online to cancel to get my refund. She lied, no refund is being sent according to my emails from them.

I bought into in an online company called Wahedu, to learn how to start an online business. It offered a company that would build you a free website. I clicked on it and it was Cool Handle. They said I would need webhosting and that for a two year plan, it was $10.95 per month (totaling 262.80 for 24 months).

It did not specify that I would be charged the total amountof $262.80. Had I known that was what they were going to do, I would not agreed to join their company. I got a email giving me a receipt number for my purchase. The email did not say how much was taken out of my credit card. I just assumed it was only $10.95.

A couple of days later my credit card company called saying they suspected fradulent activity from Cool Handle as they charged me $262.80 once, and then they tried to charge $262.80 a second time. I was stunned and felt a panic. I cannot afford to shell out $262.80!

The credit card was put on hold, and went through the Cool Handle process to get a refund. They had a button you can click that says "money back gaurantee".

I stated the reason on their cancellation form why I had to get a refund. The emailed me and said that the "terms of agreement" state that no refunds will be given.

I feel sick inside because I lost $262.80 for nothing. They are not taking into individual circumstances. Their wording is crafted on the button to click when you buy their service in a way that you think you are only going to be charged $10.95 each month, not the entire amount. I feel it is fraudulent strategy to get as much money out of the victim as soon as they can.

COOLHANDLE WORKS WITH A WORK AT HOME PROGRAM AND THEY OFFER A FREE PROFESIONAL WEBSITE I SSIGNED UP FOR THAT BUT IT IS NOT REALY FREE THEY HAVE A 197.88 BILL THAT GOES WITH THE SO CALLED FREE WEBSITE THEN YOU HAVE TO REDO MOST OF IT THEN THEY ALSO OFFER 5 ADDITIONAL WEBSITES YOU CAN BUY WHICH I NEVER RECEAVED FOR 286.61 AND SUPPOSE TO HAVE ADDITIONAL FEATURES YOU CAN AND ON FOR SECURITY FOR 262.80 . I PURCHASED ALL OF THESE OFFERS AND DID NOT RECEAVE I DID RECEAVE THE SO CALLED FREE ONE BUT WAS TOLD IHAD TO REDO IT SO I CALLED AND ASKED WERE MY OTHER 5 WEBSITES WERE WAS TOLD NOT MY DEPARTMENT so i sent in ticket like i was told to do never receaved a response so on 04/18/2015 i requested a refund and canceled all there services and on 04/19/2015 i receaved a email sayin they couldn 't give me a refund even thou i never got my 5 websites or used the so called free one or the add onsthey said they only give. Refunds if you use there other services why would you use there other services if you can't get the ones you paid for to start with.

Cool handle took my cc info and without telling me charged $378.15to my account. nowhere in the entire presentation did it say i had to pay, program was FREE. found the charge the very next day and immedeitly requested a refund. they wrote back stating it was non-refundable. they also said the amount was clearly stated on the signup page (it was not). Now i had signed up for Mileys Money Machine (MMM) not coolhandle.they have two address, one in Calif. without street address, and on in the united kingdom at:15 Bromet Close, Watford, Hertfordshire. both addresses have the same online adress and telephone number. they have ripped me off BIG time, and i want my money back!

I was clicking on a link for a product and it brought me to the sign up page for Coolhandle. I thought it was part of what I needed to do for the company i was looking at. It was not. I realize this right after I enrolled and saw where the page was taking me to. It had nothing to do with what I was doing with the button I clicked on to get there.

I called and emailed asking for a refund of my money and tried to explain what had occurred. They did not care and refuse to refund any of my purchase price.

On their website when I looked further into it they list a money back refund. But then as you read it states they do not give any refund. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY.

I found this site for 10.00 a month but they took out 280.00 out of my account and I was going to use them with a company that was a ripe off. I found out the same day so I contacted Coolhandle for a refund and cancel and they said by phone to get on their site a fill out a cancellation form for the refund ,one they say no refund ,I never used them 1 day their a bunch of thieves .

Cool Handle .com is a hosting and domain company in the internet. On December 31, I join the company through internet for onlt $1.95 which I paid online to Auto Wealt Package. Then I was directed to visit CoolHandle.com for web hosting and domain name. later this company is charging me $277.75 which I did not buy and file a cancellations on Jan.01, 2015. However until this writing my account have not yet been cancelled. I called the customer for several times (6x) today and the answer is the same. Wait for the email from Adam Rossi and comfirm that I really want to cancel, which I did. but until now my account is still not cancelled .I called again the customer service and a certain Arlene and Jackie told me to wait for 24-48 hours . So on Monday Jan 5,2015 . I will again call this number, 866-200-2828 to find out the result of my request for cancellation.

I was led to this Company, Cool Handle by a 3rd Party, called The Millionaire's Club, by a Giovanni and Tessa Leoni. I had no idea what and why I was Led to Cool Handle, and when I called, immediately within 2 hours,after I noticed on the 23rd and 24th of October, 2014, that I had no need for Hosting Services and I immediately requested a refund of my $277.75, as I did not want a hosting company or did I need one. I was told that I could not get a refund per the TOS/Terms and Conditions, which I did not see or was aware of. I was told I could not get my money back. Cool Handle had no time to build a Host for me as I requested my refund immeditely.

I wrote numerouis emails to billing and was taken to many diffferant departments, of their Web Hosting group. I told them that I wanted Billing and that I wanted Cool Handle to refund my money back. I never was able to get Billing and Refunds. I was asked by email from Cool Handle to quit writting to them, still with no answer from Billing. I was called by Cool Handle and was on the road and did not get the name of the lady I was talking too.

I went over my request, and she told me that I would get a refund of my $277.75. I asked her to send me an email to confirm our discussion. I did not get any email, so I emailed Billing and went over the telephone convesation, and got the run around, and I still get emails that I will not get a refund. HOW can a Company keep my money when nothing has been done no work or discussion had been made to confirm any work that I requested, 1st hand. This is a Fraud Company and Scam. We recently had our entire Coolhandle account terminated because our company credit card was stolen and the cc company mistakenly filed a dispute over one of Coolhandle's charges. We got no notice, they just shut all of our hosting and domain names down. They will not return phone calls or emails and they have locked us out of everything. We have about 20 websites that were hosted with them and have been for three years and they decided to just terminate our account because our credit card company mistakenly disputed a charge after our credit card number was stolen and used illegally. They refuse to talk to our credit card company and have even hung up on them and us multiple times when we tried to resolve this and reverse the dispute. We have some very upset customers now that do not have a website or able to use the domain that they choose. They have completely destroyed our website side of our business and now we are in the process of acquiring new domain names for the ones that they are holding from us.

I ordered ahosting and a domain name from them and I ordered hosting for a month and she charged 2 years and charged me 358.00 I called her right back and asked her to cancel it and she said ok and it should beback on your card in a couple of days. that was Aug 11.2014 and I still don't have ot. Ane every time I call rhet keep switching from dept to dept and no knows anything.So one person said 60 days and if it thanks that long they need to be fired they are way too slow if it takes that long..That is a form of fraud taking people money for a service she did not rener

I requested hosting from this company as part of a package called 2KADay System. As I went futher with looking at the system, I decided that due to the lack of support and low quality, I would not continue with the product.

I contacted CoolHandle 8 days after the original order and followed their cancellation procedure.

On the home page of their website there is a link to a Money back guarentee and as part of their advertisement they state that they offer 100% Satisfaction Guarentee.

After submitting the cancellation request I received an automated response stating:

One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I submitted an additional request on the 10 days later - which once again just gave me the automated response.

12 days after the original cancellation request, I contacted them again via phone and was told that I would receive an email within 24 hours with further details.

It is now 16 days after the cancellation request - after another phone call, I receive an email stating the following:

We noticed that you still have a large portion of time remaining on this service. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any full or partial refund based on our Terms of Service

Although we cannot offer you a refund, you may opt to receive a credit toward another service we offer. Please let us know if you are interested and we will be happy to assist you.

This company provides domain names, web hosting, and other services for many online guru's, and individuals, who uses coolhandle.com platform, to build phantom websites for ther income offers. However, let me say, that on July 20th of 2014, I purchased an income opportunity program online: The Miley's Money Method, which some of you may be familiar with.

However, once I purchased The Miley's Money Method Opportunity, I received an email from Miley Money Method, informing me, that I needed to click a link on their site, which sent me directly over to Coolhandle.com site. Once I got to their site, I was asked to register information in order for them to provide me with a domain name, web-hosting, and some type of an affiliate site, in order for me to make money with the: "Miley's Money Method Program?

At that time I said to myself, that I had no choice but to proceed. But what I didn't know was, that this was all about a stealthy way between Miley's Money Method and Coolhandle.com, to "UP-SELL" me to a tune of $594.00...dollars, for their joint services!!

On July the 24th 2014, I contacted Coolhandle.com at:1-866-200-2828, and spoke to: Darlyn one of coolhandle,com customer rep's, advising her, that I wanted a refund based on the miss information I received from the Miley's Money Method Program-linked, to coolhandle.com platform.Darlyn: In customer relations for coolhandle.com, then informed me, that I needed to login into: my account at coolhandle.com and complete their refund information, submit it, in order to get my REFUND. So I did just that. Here's proof of that email reply:

On July 31st of 2014, I placed a call to coolhandle.com/hosting, customer service department, at: 1-866-200-2828, to inquire about the status of my refund, and the same person I spoke to before Darlyn, informed me, that she sent the cancellation refund ticket to coolhandle.com billing & refund department, and I should hear from them within a few days from now from one of their agents, regarding my full refund request.

On August the 8th of 2014, once again I placed another call to coolhandle customer department to find out why is it taking so long for coolhandle to process my refund? Once again, the same person Darlyn, informed me that she'll send another request to coolhandle's billing & processing department regarding my concerns? Only this time, her mouth slipped, when she informed me that she understands, that it's been well over a month since I requested a refund? And I have an audio recording of our entire conversation as proof.At this point I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, in order to speed thing up. However, on August 7th 15th 2014, a representative from my bank contacted me, and informed me that coolhandle informed them that I was still active in there system and using their services? What a load of crap from these guys. Also, the representative said that there was nothing they could do in order to refund my money? Hummm? Somehow coolhandle.com/hosting, has found a waya to exploit and manipulate the system, in order not to refund our money.

On August 14th of 2014, I placed yet another call to coolhandle/hosting, customer support department, to inquire about my refund. Only this time a woman by the name of Linn, to me, that she would generate another "Ticket ID: IRU-136502-HOA-526695, and send it to: regarding the matter. It was then I informed Linn at coolhandle.com/hosting department, that if I did not hear from coolhandle I would seek legal council to represent me in this matter.

"On August 19th of 2014, I sent an email off to: [email protected] advising then to kindly refund my: $594.00...dollars. However we view this, one thing is certain and that is, it appears to me, that there is a "pattern" with coolhandle.com. And that is, they have taken a number of people for a big ride of lately, and I have the proof, by not refunding them their money.

This company: Flat out states on their website, that they will issue a refund within 15-business days? Well, its been 42-days and counting, and so far, coolhandle.com has failed to "REFUND me my $594.00...dollars.

So what's next?

Well, I will launch an offical complaint to:

*The BBS in their area.

*FBI and local police departments

*The FTC.

*Ripoff Report.

*The U.S. PostMaster General's Office

*Including, persue legal action against coolhandle.com, to recover my $594.00, including any all attorney fees. As far as I am concerned, coolhandle.com operation is nothing more than a disgrace in the eyes of the public, and the city of Los Angeles, CA.

Once again, beware of coolhandle.com, as it appears that they are a very shady and unetical business. I conclude: by saying to the public, "please be aware of coolhandle.com, as they don't give a damm about anyone but themselves.

Also, don't do business with them whatsoever. Save yourself and your loved ones the stress and hastles which some of us has already gone through!!!

Coolhandle.com complain:

On March 2, 2014, after seeing a very convincing video presentation on the ooolhandle.com website hosting service, I paid the $29.95 asked for it. They stated that they had a 60 day money back guarantee. If I wasn't satisfied with it they would refund the $29.95, no questions asked.

After reviewing it, I wasn't satisfied with what I received. On March 6, 2014 I asked for a refund following the process they indicated in their TOS and account cancellation support area. Ticket response #:

I received the ticket receipt confirmation email. Then on March 7, 2014 I received an email stating that I had to send another email requesting the termination of my subscription/account cancellation. I sent it immediately. I received the corresponding confirmation of receipt of that e-mail.

Their Term of Service (TOS) states that cancellations and refunds could take up to 15 days.

Since I didn't received the refund I contacted them on March 24, 2014, they sent a confirmation email that the message was received.

I received the email stating that my subscription account was terminated.

On April 21 sent them another email asking for the refund, no response received.

On April 22 I called them requesting the refund and the they told me that they would send the refund.

It is April 30, 2014 and I haven’t received the refund.

It seems that they don't have any intention of refunding my money.

Reading threads and posts in forums, they seem to be good at not responding to complaints and never to refund.

Reported to the Better Business Bureau, they are members there.

The BBB contacted them on several occasions, but never responded.

My credit card provider told me that they couldn't do anything to help me, that the payment was processed completely. They suggested that I contact a claims court.

Update:

It is July 20, 2014, four months have past since I started requesting my money back, and they haven't refunded my money.

They seem NOT to care about being reported any where.

Apparently, with all the scam reports they have they seem to keep getting customers and are highly profitable selling their rip off.

I canceled my service with your company on June 19th and have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails requesting my refund. I am continually told to “rest assured” that my request has been escalated to the billing department and someone will respond within 24 – 48 hours. Every time I call I receive the same canned response and email showing a “High Priority” which means nothing because nobody ever does anything about it!

Your website clearly states your refund policy, and I quote –

" If you are unsatisfied with your Hosting service for any reason, we will gladly refund your account. The fifteen (15) day money back guarantee starts from the date of the purchase as reflected on your receipt/invoice..."

" If you qualify for a refund, you will receive the refund within 24 hours (or less) from the time you submit your cancellation request..."

If I submitted my request on June 19th and your website states and I quote, “you will receive the refund within 24 hours (or less) from the time you submit your cancellation request” does that make any sense to you? I have been more than patient and now I am just plain ANGRY. All I ever receive is a canned email confirming my request and assuring me that it has been forwarded to the proper department. Nobody ever does anything from there.

What do I need to do in order to receive satisfaction? I have asked to speak to someone in this ‘department’ and am told that they don’t have phones. Really? The only way to communicate with them is by email.

I did a google search on Coolhandle complaints and found that I am not they only one with this problem.

I just want my refund!
