I was looking into a cruise and it said $99 bahamas cruise. It said that they had a no hassle guarantee to refund your money if you got excited by the great deal or if you change your mind. I didn't fill out anything was looking into possible dates. The site then sent me to paypal to look at dates and it said if you don't have them do a search-by filling out the paperwork, total refund.
Well immediately I was charged $396. I tried to immediately cancel and the website wouldn't allow that. So I tried calling the company. The phone number shown on the website is only an outbound phone, so you can't talk to anyone. So immediately I emailed the support number and said I wanted that fee refunded. They emailed and said they wouldn't refund my money and said I could book a date. I was told that I needed to pay even more money if I wanted a cabin where my kids could be on the same floor of the ship. I told them there was no way I would have my kids away from me. But I also didn't want to be forced into paying more $. I did more looking into this company and found that they change their name frequently because they are SCAM ARTISTS.
I have NEVER received anything from them.. no vouchers or anything! They refuse to refund my $396.
