I purchased a cat tower from them. Received it and it did not have the right pieces to put it together. Got a refund....Gave me a replacement order number....Item was out of stock. Currently came back in stock and now there is no replacement. I would have to purchase again. I can't even get a manager to call me. Just text messages. They are a bunch of liars and it is the shittiest company I have ever bought anything from.

I purchased cover sit for my car Dec 2013, did not open it until this summer when really hot, it did not find my car. I knew the purchase was done in 2013 but I decided to call the company and inquire if there is an option to exchange, return or NOTHING. I asked the employee 3 times, making sure she understood what my inquiry was. She responded over the phone and email the following:
"Dear eBayer,
We sincerely apologize that the item did not work well for your vehicle. You can return the item back to us at Unit A 1820 East 48TH Place Los Angeles CA 90058. Please don't forget to leave a note inside the package that you are returning the item for either a reshipment or a full refund. If you have any further questions, concern please let us know and were glad to help you out.
Please send us the return tracking number.

So I follow the direction spent $15 to send the material back in May of 2014. after few weeks, i called back to follow up and the following are the responded i heard:
1) hold on few min after 10 min wait hanged up this repeated in 5 different phone call attempts
2) we can not give you your money back but we can ship back the purchase you sent back " i packed it and I will mailing to you"
3) claimed to be manager, the worse of all. I thought managers are smart but he defiantly surprised me. He kept saying "i am sorry there is nothing I can do". I told him, YOUR EMPLOYE GAVE WRONG INFO, YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND MERCHANDISE!!! There is no doubt that the merchandise was repacked and sold off again. THEY MADE MONEY 2 TIMES WITH ONE SALE.
I have contacted the ebay and they are working on it. But do not purchase ANYTHING from them. TRUST THE REVIEWS.
