Well I went ahead and took the offer of a lifetime right? Paid school, 9 month contract. And decent pay. Wrong! I upgraded to phase 1, been out on the road for over a month, and still getting the runaround. (you're supposed to be routed to salt lake once you hit 30 days to complete training) to ad insult to injury they stop paying you unless its approved after the 30 days is met. Which to me it was approved but a day late. So now I have a day where I worked for free, which is okay I suppose. $63 a day for 11 hours of driving isn't even minimum wage anyways. Bit the worst part? My co driver is and has been waiting for me in salt lake for a week for these nimrods to route me back there. And he hasn't been getting paid. This is epic crap and I get close to getting a route back there before someone decides to force a load back east on us. I'm sick of the way this company is treating its most important asset (us drivers, because without us, consumers would not have food) and they don't seem to care. Well now I'm stuck here in Idaho on Easter Sunday because they "cant find us a load to or through salt lake" well im calling them out on their bs right now! DONT EVER WORK FOR THIS PLACE. NOT EVEN IF SOMEONE HOLDS A GUN TO YOUR HEAD AND THREATENS TO TAKE YOUR FIRST BORN! NOT WORTH IT.
