Createmytattoo is a big joke they refused to deposit my payment i participated on a tattoo design and the wining artist was going to get 300 prize the contest holder chosed my design at 11 on the morning but i submited my final design 7 hours later, after you submit the final design the customer can print the design or do whatever with your design. everything was normal but after they recived my design
I never received my prize 4 hours late I recived and E-mail from the page and they sell that i had violated some policy of the page. but why they waited until i submited my final design?!! now the customer has my design and Createmytattoo has my money what a Ripoff. Artis don't get involved with this page..

We required that all designs submitted on our website be 100% original and all copyrights belonging to the artist submitting the work. We require that artists confirm that their design meets all our requirements on every design submission. When a winning design is selected by the customer, the copyrights to the design are transferred to the customer.
Our staff reviews every winning design to ensure it meets all our requirements. In this case this artist took an existing well known copyrighted design and added an additional feature. We reviewed the entry with our copyright attorney and he confirmed it was a copyright violation. We immediately removed the design and offered the customer a full refund or to select another design. In this case the customer elected to receive a full refund as they were very disappointed to find the designs they received were not 100% original.
Contrary to what this artist has said, CreateMyTattoo.com did not keep this customer's money and the customer never downloaded the final design files. This artist knowingly violated our terms of service and account was closed.
