I hired Creative Impressions to install a back patio and steps leading from the kitchen to the backyard. I paid them in full and 1 year later one of the steps cracked I called gary (the owner ) he came to the house said this step will either have to be replaced or fixed he wasn't sure yetr but he would look into it and get back to me. Well the year went by and then another still no Gary so I tried to contact him by email and phone no response. I finally went into his website a put a comment out about lack of customer service. Well Gary called back on his cell phone swearing at me being very nasty unable to get a word in and told me where to go and there is no way his is fixing or replacing the step. He said it was shauty material and it wasn't his fault. He bought the stps and installed them so he is responsible. He told me off and will not do anythjing so now I am at a loss with nowhere to turn. I honestly feel companies like his should be shut down so they can't ripoff the average person.
