In 2011 I found the truck I was looking for at crown motors, I paid $20,000 cash but that wasn't all they wanted to sell me an extended 100% bumper to bumper warranty. I told the two girls no I didn't want to spend that much more money. One girl left and then called back to ask if I had a costco card, I said no, then my son and his wife who were with me said they had one. The sales lady said she could offer me the exact same warranty for about half the original price. I then agreed and that was that, now my air conditioner is going out and the sales rep said I purchased a cheaper policy and even though it's between the bumpers it's not covered. I'm in Medford Or right now and I took it to a ford dealership as instructed by crown motors. they looked up my warranty and kept my truck for the day. I returned to pick it up and they charged me $100 then told me my warranty did not cover the repairs. Being lied to by sails people has got to stop, I'm permanently disabled and live on a small ssi monthly check, now I need the coverage I paid for I'm being ripped off again
