CVS Corporation Reviews

We are being profiled at this CVS Pharmacy making us wait long periods of time. Our medication is never ready on time and this one employee is black and the pharamist happens to be black, and they are profiling us and treating us like 3rd class citizens. I'm getting pretty fed up with the disrespect they are giving us.

We have given them no reason for them to treat us like this. We have been friendly each visit even when they made us wait for long periods of time. If like they don't want us to be they're customer and this is they're way of showing it. I'm fighting for my consumer rights and we will be coming back each time!. So they can go to hell!.

My family purchased CVS pharmacy benefits from his private company. I was denied coverage for a prescription that was covered since Dec 2013. I discovered the error June 2014. In speaking with Pam at the CVS Specialty, my family was informed that we would not be given a full refund. Pam stated that I would not be getting medication for free.

The cvs in upper montclair has, for several years, been in the habit of discarding unsold/unsaleable merchandise into their dumpster, from which local dumpster divers have been retrieving it - until about a year ago. a local diver (whose name i will withhold for his safety and legal protection), was in the middle of salvaging multiple cases of DISCARDED water when he was confronted by several cvs wage slaves who asked him what he was doing. when he told them, he was told that he could not take the water and other items still in the dumpster, or those he had piled in one of their carts, he asked, "why? does water expire?" unbelievably, he was told "yes". he left, and watched them throw the items back into the dumpster.

Since that time, this cvs has ceased discarding anything of any remote value in that dumpster, and he has been verbally harassed on at least one other occasion when simply looking into that dumpster. god forbid that anyone in need should simply be able to obtain anything of use by salvage if a corporation cannot keep its grubby little paws on it to make a profit first.

This same cvs also has a pair of clothing boxes in the back corner of their parking lot. they do not own, maintain, fill, or empty these boxes, which are the property of a charity which removes the contents on a weekly basis. donors frequently leave overfilled garbage bags full of clothes, shoes, accessories, etc., which do not fit into the boxes, on the ground outside it. salvagers frequently go through these bags, removing and keeping the items they find of value, and neatly placing everything else inside the boxes.

This evening, a salvager (name withheld for the same reasons as above) not only placed some of his own items in the box, but also went through the contents of a bag too large to fit, placing the items he could not use inside the box. he suddenly found himself being "supervised" by three employees from cvs management, who asked him "how are you sir? what are you doing? can we help you?" he declined their "help", finished his search, deposited all the unwanted items in one of the boxes, and took what he wanted (a shirt and two plastic garbage bags), and left. from the tone of the questioning, and the comments made while he was searching, it was obvious that the purpose of the "supervision" was to frighten him away and discourage him from doing this in future.

It seems to me that the legal grounds these people had for their actions were quite specious, and their behavior unwarranted. in a time when so many in this country are doing so poorly with so little, such overreaching meanness of spirit is unbelievable, but becoming all too common and oppressive.
