D and R pool ( D & R Pools ) constructed my pool 9' into the utility easement. My wife and I spent three months gathering information and costs from the utilities companies. We agreed with D&R Pools that we would take this time to get costs to move the utility lines instead of demolishing the pool. When we presented the costs, D&R Pools declared that the cost was too much and that he would produce a drawing in one week showing the new design and location of the re-constructed pool, 5/1/2015. It is now 5/13/2015 and I still do not have the new drawing. Bottom line, fast talker with nothing in writing. If you chose to do business with this man and his company, get everything in writing and do not pay your final installment until you are 100% satisfied.
