I ordered a painting instruction DVD from Darrell Crow in August, I never received it. I followed up by email 3 times. Eventually he sent me a DVD, but it was the wrong topic. I sent another email explainging the problem. No reply. I called and talked to his wife, she said they would send the correct DVD, I never received the disk. I called a week later and talked with Darrell, he was very apologetic and said he would not only send the correct replacement disk but "something for all your trouble". Nothing was ever received. I asked for a refund, but guess what, none is forth coming. This has been going on now for over 2 months.
Not sure if he is dishonest or just a bad business person, but you need to know the circus you are getting yourself into before you deal with this guy.
