Beware doing business with Darryl, he uses the name of God to cause his victims to trust him, then once he doesn't need them, he discards them. DIA, INC or Doing it All Inc, is a real estate investment company, he solicits consultants to bring him property opportunities and financing options, then he doesn't pay them. I was working as a consultant, he hired me to assist with supervision of the repair and resale of a property in San Diego County, but upon hiring landscapers, pool cleaners, and subcontractor manager, whom he authorized work to be completed, and he has not paid any of them. This started in Feb. and now being almost October, I am fed up with his excuses. Also after locating him a lender to fund a previous project, he promised to pay me and my associates fees, which he never did.
I have numerous emails from him requesting for my invoice and banking info, later he followed up with excuses why he could not pay.
Finally after months of chasing this guy, he finally tells me "I will not pay any consulting fees".
This was a loss of thousands of dollars. Not to mention my reputation is tarnished becuase from his direction, I hired these professionals to service his property, now my relationships with them are damaged.
The landscaper is family to me, and Darryl knows it, he doesn't care that we don't talk anymore at family cookouts...
He will solicit anyone he can, and tell them whatever he feels necessary to get what he wants,
Do business with him with caution.
I've never felt violated enough to post on this site, but I want him to be responsible for his actions.
