David Isaac Maimon is still SCAMMING. Yet again, David has served a fraudulent eviction. His tactics are identical to any and all reports that have been posted on the internet. This case has already been through the court system and was completely thrown out. The court hearing took place March 2015. David is also working with another scam artist by the name of Manuel Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez is David’s process server and also a known sex offender. After the court hearing March 2015, the WRIT of Possession and the Unlawful Detainer were Ordered dropped and signed by the Judge. Monday following the hearing David went back to the clerk and filed yet another WRIT of Possession. Not sure how that could be when the Judge had just ordered this eviction null and void. Also, how is he the Plaintiff on all documents he submits to the court?
As previously mentioned, David does not like confrontation. When you try and talk to him via the phone he answers and says “You Will Lose” and hangs up. From there he never answers again. He also works with a real estate agent who claims she did a “full” background check on Mr. Maimon prior to having him handling some evictions for her. She is under the impression that Mr. Maimon offended 30 years ago, hence this is why she hired him. Apparently her “background check” was not very efficient. She was quite surprised when she found out that he was last released from the Oregon State Prison in 2008. She was aware Mr. Maimon had a problem and that he was involved in these eviction “scams,” but since she brought him to the Lord he claims he cleaned himself up. Quite the contrary!
The address David Maimon uses 467 Sierra Vista, Mt. view, CA was noted by the realtor as being an empty piece of property and no one resides there. This was/is a nursing facility for the elderly. Not quite sure how Mr. Maimon could be or used to be residing there, as he is obviously not elderly nor is he at a point in his life that he needs “elderly nursing care.” David causes families a lot of hardship, money, time and agony which apparently is his goal. David is nothing more than a con artist and needs to be STOPPED before he strikes again.
