A sales agent named Aaron Thompson came to my home. He said how he was in a youth program trying to sale books to children in hopsitals. He stood in the doorway for a very long time talking to me filing out paperwork asking questions which I tried not to answer. He said he had a bad knee and walked in my house! i only let him get as far as a step in. Then he started to walk around saying how nice my place was. Sold me some books for charity and hugged me. I looked at the receipt and it said that company was not affiliated with any miltary, local schools, or hospitals. He said it was a tax write offf but then it says on the recept its for profit, so it can't be filed. In additon to who it was suppose to be sent too, Riley hospital in Indy- he didn't not fill it out. I asked him for my information back and check. He refused. Called apt complex and reported it to a cop. Asking for a refund within the 3 day limit. Going to file with BBS and file a FTC complaint. I took the guys pic and a pic of his fake id. He prentends to have a bad knee from the army and limbs. He is 5 10 160 pounds hazal eyes blonde hair to shoulders. He tryst to be really friendly. But everything he says a lie. Do not trust anyone knocking on your door.

Please be warned that just because a sales person has a good personality and seems genuine they just have a skill of ripping off people at their most vulnerable. I was at a time in my life that was one of the worst I've been through.

My husband had just passed and I have my grandson living with my who was turning two near Christmas. I looked at the booklet handes to me by the sales person. My grandson just was released from CHOC and watched a lot of Baby Einstein during his three day stay. Seeing that there was a library series with Little Einsteins I bought it will assurance it would come by Christmas.

This purchase was made in September of 2014 with nothing to date received. I tried contacting the company via Email but never got a response. I've since lost my job and don't have money to just give away.

I have since lost all trust in anyone that comes to my door and have come to the realization the $80 cash I gave him will never be seen again.

Two young men stated that they were representing Boys and Girls Cubs of American. They also stated they had an opportunity to win a trip. On guy came across as being assertive and the other one was quiet. They came late one night during the weekday and it was close to Christmas. People are vulnerable, but also want to give because of the holiday.

I told them that not to lie to me, because I'm on the verge of losing my house. They didn't care. They said that if I wanted to order some magazines from each of them one would have to be in cash. I'm to trusting. I paid one by check and the other by cash. I was extremely tired. I even begged them not to lie to me.

15 minutes after they left I put together what they had told me and I realized that they had lied. I was supposed to receive a phone call confirming my order. That didn't happen; otherwise, I would have cancelled the order. I ran throughout our complex looking for them, but someone must have been behind them in a car.

I went to the DC Sales website and found there was no contact information. I took screen shots as I looked through the site. I knew they only allowed you three days for a refund. That night I filled out my complaint on the website. I scanned everything into my computer. Then next day I sent all that documentation overnight, because I knew they would try to use that as an excuse. I sent copies of both receipts, one showing paid by check and the other by cash.

They only refunded me half the amount. I'm going after them. Even if I have to contact the District Attorney's office in Glendale, AZ.
