Let me refresh your stoned mind: he terrorized our own mother with threats over the phone on Christmas Eve 2008 and I vowed to shut him (and, invariably, you) down immediately from the fraudulent activity he was engaged in while in Philadelphia. I vowed to bring an end to his outright STEALING of money from the good people of Philly. Unfortunately, NBC-10 got to him before I could. But, I endured the circus of a trial and came out VICTORIOUS, something that was learned firsthand in court by Dean (before he stormed away in embarrassment) and by you with Mom's copy of the Jury's verdict I forwarded to her. In case your eyesight is going (along with your mind), I will forward you a copy of the same document. This isFACT from the court, no matter what fantasy you want to perpetuate in your mind.
On a side note, I never got to formally thank you for the affidavit you submitted against me in the trial, which was laughed off by the judge, jury, and myself. So spin it any way you want, but the script says he took me to court, he lost there, and I shut down his fraudulent operation. Now, you tell me again, who won? Who escaped Philly in the dark of night NEVERto return again? I understand you live in a state that still believes the Civil War is raging (or that your side won), but I'm here to tell you, it's over.

And now Boy Wonder is creating havoc in Oklahoma, beating up his wife, terrorizing children and neighbors, and even "attempting" suicide - how ironic! So, tell me again in your herb-clouded world how he isn't a convicted criminal? And, by the way, have you noticed an interesting pattern over the years: he NEVER takes on a man? It's always his menacing of women: Mom, Sherry Baker in Tennessee, Jennifer R. Dunn in OK, Heather Lower in OK, Donna Willams/and friend in OK, Angela Nichole of OK. Need more information to discredit your upstanding citizen of a brother? How about the story of how he pulled a knife on Deidre and then beat her? What a fun brother!
Now I understand you empathize with him because, well, just like him, you live off the government teat while espousing your own hillbilly teabonic beliefs. Which makes some educated folks wonder, who exactly is paying for your heart surgeries? The rest of the American public who actually pays taxes. Sucking the teat of the federal government all the while railing against it. It's actually common form of the poor and uneducated of the deep South, mostly filled with states who deny the expansion of Medicaid to its own residents at NO COST to the state government just to show their dislike of the Federal Law and the President. Brilliant logic.
Like I suggested years ago, before the last court case, you would be better served to distance yourself from a "man" who more than likely is going to wind up at the end of a shotgun barrel of an Oklahoma local who just gets tired of his ways. It will have been brought on by himself and his endless misdeeds and enthusiastically supported by his dear sister and brother, two siblings of mine who can't afford a dime to help their mother in her retirement but sure can support a son/brother who has caused her sleepless nights and endless hours of stress. If he's lucky he winds up in State prison protected from the public he has continually lied and ripped-off.
And save the laughable story of you supporting your brother because he's "family." Tell me the last time you dropped in on your sister and nephews in your same state? Your disconnected and disjointed "family" line is a deplorable defense when given your history of a total lack of interest in extended family. You have two children who NEVER contact their grandmother or in-state cousins and you've made it up to Mom's exactly ONCE in how many decades?
I'll wind this pleasant note down and fashion one for my next favorite sibling, your late-night phone cohort in NJ who's daughter's unpaid college loans has bill collectors calling Mom's house up to 15 times a day. Yes, what a wonderful retirement she's enjoying having to deal with a whole handful of societal failures.
