Ms. Delicia Cordon should not be allowed to rent again. This is a tenant who does not pay on time and has no respect for someone else's property. She left this rental with almost $10k in damages and refused to give a final move out date. Left without returning keys to property and having owners hire a locksmith to access their own home. Property was left filthy with broken doors, blinds and windows. Hardwood floors and carpets needed to be replaced. Permanent marker on kitchen cabinets. Ms. Cordon turned off all utilities a month prior and surprised the landlord by putting them all in the home owner's name.
