I am a General Contractor who had the misfortune to meet Pedro and Maria from Depot Granite. As a General Contractor I have a standard i hold myself and all others who work on my jobs to. Depot Granite has failed miserably. After complete failure, bringing the wrong granite out, pushing the electrical box completely into the wall and holding the job up for days with failed promises. Pedro scheduled his installer to meet me yesterday evening at the job site. I waited until after 6:00 with no one showing again. Today I was given multiple excuses and Pedro refused to speak with me. These losses have caused me to loose more than $600 for people paid to work who were unable to perform because Pedro did not complete job as scheduled. in addition to the lies I have been told about why it did not get finished. I am disgusted with their handling of this. Maybe it's because they barely speak English but I can't be certain. Time, money and lies.
