Derma Bright Reviews

I order Lavish skincare and derma bright for a shipping price. They are both on the same ad. When I received the products I thought they were both affiliated with each other and called to cancel . I then got charged 88 dollars. I sucked it up as being stupid for ordering from them, but today I looked at my checking account and was charged 88 dollars again. When I called customer service for Lavish skincare they said they are not affiliated with derma bright and although I cancelled with them, derma bright was not cancelled. They never said anything about auto ship and being charged monthly when I sent in the order and I have been ripped off. When I called derma bright they said too bad. You didn't cancel so you are charged 88 dollars again for June and nothing can be done. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford thiis, Can you please get me my refund as I don not even use the product. Thank you. I only signed up for a free trial paying shipping and handling.

My husband was on the computer when an ad for dermabright popped up. The ad said find out ageless celebrity secrets. My husband clicked on the link and it took him to the dermabright website. They were featuring a special promo for that day only (liers) that was a free sample simply pay shipping. Oh but wait! Today only you can also get a free sample of Lavish simply pay $4.95 shipping. I triple checked and no where did I see the potential for a scam so I went for it. Huge Mistake! I received the two .50 oz creams and hadn't even used them when I saw two charges on my bank statement for $89. I was livid. I called the number on the package and explained my situation to the operator. She said that I agreed to the terms and nothing could be done. She then hung up on me and i called right back. To my dismay I received the same operator again! I asked for a supervisor and she put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me again. I called back and finally got a supervisor on the phone. I told her what the operator had done to me and she replied you're lying! I was shocked! She then said we are not giving you your money back stop calling here. I called my bank and changed my atm card and they opened an investigation on the transactions. My bank contacted dermabright who faxed them copies of their fine print (which I never saw) and my bank said it was not a scam and that there was nothing they could do. So I paid $190 for two .50 oz lotions that I still haven't used, $10 for a new card and $7 to have the card shipped to me overnight. Waste of my time, money and energy. It's been two months and I still can't believe that this company can get away with doing business this way. What if that was my grocery money or part of my mortgage payment? These companies are scammers and must be stopped.
