I thought I was subscribing for a 'free trial offer' of Derma Juvenate. I was charged $3.99 for shipping and handling and $89.71 USD for the bottle of Derma Juvenate on my credit card. The website did not clearly indicate that I would be charged monthly $89.71 USD or $114.00 CDN for the "sample bottle" of Derma Juvenate. It was not clear you had 14 days from the date you place your order with to evaluate the product and send the product back or they will continue to charge your CC. They do not send the return shipping slip or provide you with a number to cancel receiving future shipments. When I was able to contact Derma Juvenate requesting their voluntary cooperation reimbursing me for the product I only received the 1st 'sample' I was told there was no place to send the product back to, there was no return shipping slip and I could not speak with a Supervisor. VISA has many complaints about this scam on file. I'm just another.

At the same time my Master Card Statement arrived and I had been billed for $103.15 on Oct 6th. I know now that I should have phoned then but I did not have the box or papers for the address info. Then the second "sample " arrived and a few weeks later my master card statement ariive with a billing on Nov. 3 for $109.99. I was appalled!! but now I had an address from the box and had a conversation with the complaint dept and after much disscusssion they have agreed to refund me $60. I am still very upset about this but am grateful for at least for something.
I requested the name of of the magazine that the add had beenin because i wanted to check. I have checked my current supply and have not found one ad. I know that I would not have ordered from an American address and given my Mastercard no. to a "foreign address' and I refuse to pay the postage dto return the two bottles.....worth $212.oo Prsetty expensive face cream!!!! Especially for someone who spends very little on cosmetics.
Unbelievable Scam!! Called my M/C office. They finally got through to the phone number listed in the company website. The company advertised on internet, "only pay for shipping and handling". They told me today, that the over $200 charged to my M/C was for the product I had received!!!
Hello, I ordered the trial shipment of Dermajuvenate in late June 2014 and received it within a week. As the trial period came to an end I called to cancel any further shipments, but was told I was a day or two late and that a new shipment was already sent out to me. So it was impossible to cancel that shipment and it would now cost me the full cost of $89.31 plus. About a week later I noticed my Visa was charged that same amount on July 15/16, 2014.
My MC was charged $89. plus and still haven't received it. So I called them in late August to ask them how come I was charged without even receiving the new shipment and basically got no answer just a lot of mumbo jumbo. To this day I have received nothing not the product or the money back. My wife and I are seniors and we are living on a fixed income.
Even though I still haven't received that latest shipment, so I called them shortly after that wondering why I was charged for a shipment I have yet to receive.
The person I spoke with I could barely understand and got no results what-so-ever. I did get the idea that I didn't order another shipment or something of the like. The question here is if there was no other order how come my Visa was charged.

There was no paperwork attached top the box when it arrived, no return address, no phone number or email contact in case i wanted to cancel. I did want to cancel, I have put te half used two jars in a box. But where to send it? Whom to call to cancel? Today my Visa account was charged $100.19! I NEVER ordered any continuous product, I do not want anything but I need to get a rtefund for a $100.19 and a confirmation of cancellation of the entire scam/derma products.

I ordered derma juvenate for a trial pried and they have ended up sending me a monthly supply at th cost of 100 $ per month. This I did not sign up for. there's no contact information for this company so an cannot gt I touch with the to cancel this standing order. This company offered a trial for postage ony. I accepted. First mistake... the following month I got a charge of 100.74 from my credit card which I didn't notice unfortunately. This month- more. $105.83. I never even received anything in return - not that I wanted it. I am going to investigate further. My credit card company is helping but people need to know what a bunch of rip-off artists they are. I never thought I'd be caught in a scam like this. My last resort is to change credit card numbers but am acting on the advice of the fraud people at the credit card company.

Derma Juvenate pops up as a free trial for filling out a survey. They will bill you within 2 weeks if you do ot call them to cancel. There is no paperwork with the box to tell you about this. Do not agree to a free trial. Also the product itself is of no value.
Derma-Rejuvenate has continued to bill my MasterCard account for 2 orders that I did not want. I sent an email cancelling in March. I telephoned this company numerous times but their phone no. 1-888-447-6613 only gave a message ""end of call..."" and then a dial tone - a charge of $101.89. A shipment was made and I returned it. Now I find that another charge is on my MC for $106.00. Today, someone DID ANSWER THE PHONE. I tried really hard to get a refund of these 2 amounts. They will only give me $48.00 (50% of the first order)! They keep insisting that I should have called to cancel my order during the 2-week trial period. This was not clearly stated on the trial order form. And their phone number did not work!
This company, Derma-Juvenate is a complete rep-off. The product DOES NOT WORK - Made my skin feel and 'sound' like rubber!
What can be done to prevent other fool-hearty women (and men too) from becoming prey to this company? Bought a trial version of the skin care cream on March 7 at a promotional price. ( Their ad poped up when I was doing online banking. ) Only paid CAD 4.33 for shipping as what their website required. But I have never received the sample !!! Just received the credit card statement today and found this company not only charged $4.33 CAD on March 7, but also charged me for $102.23 CAD on March 25 !!!! Called them and disputed, but the so called customer service was rude and very unprofessional. The guy on the phone refused to refund...
I just wanted to add to the list of complaints about this company. I was very surprised to find a charge on my credit card for the product they had sent. Not sure how they can get away with this. I amgoing to call them. Worst thing is that my credit card company warned me this may happen but I could not find anything to say there would be a further charge.
