This company should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook with a Macy's logo photo! That is why I took a chance and ordered...and now I have a $87.41 charge to my credit card...and a crummy product!

I am also receiving face products I didn't order, DO NOT ORDER FREE SAMPLE! You will be charged unless you return free sample within 14 days. This was not stated when ordering FREE SAMPLE.
I am also a victim of a scam for these products, was told if I did a survey I could pick a reward for &4.95 each, which I did. They charge me $93 and $87 these products took it right out of my bank account. I called to get the money credited back into my account and was hung up on . Does anyone have a solution for this problem? VERY ANGRY
Rating for this company: minus 100. On February 20, I ordered a "trial" sample for $4.95 of the DermaVie anti-aging cream. I was charged sales tax and shipping for a total of $12.95. I have been very ill and just didn't want to deal with this "small" discrepancy. I did receive two products, although I did not order two products. Yesterday, I found two charges on my bank account. One was for $87.41 and the other was for $93.12. Apparently I was to return either the products or call and cancel my monthly auto shipping before the 14 day period. Unfortunately, I did neither. I called the company at 1-888-683-1605 and spoke to a young man, who only wanted to tell me about their wonderful products. When I questioned the charges, he said that the amounts charged was the price for the 30-day supply. when I began to question him further, he hung up on me. I am so angry at this company that they would not refund my money. Is there anything I can do about it?
If you don't read the fine print in the terms and conditions, get ready to pay hundreds of dollars for a "FREE SAMPLE". If you dn't cancel after you receive the product you get billed for the "FREE SAMPLE" $92. 49!!! So with the $4.95 added that's 106.44 for a "free sample".
Nowhere in their offer did they say they would be sending me boxes of goods monthly. I hit 0 and waited on the phone. I not only cancelled the "account" but made them give me 50% off what they charged me. I had to get nasty, tell them that the product made me break out, etc. They were going to give me 30% off but I told them I wouldn't go away unless I got 50% off.
Unfortunately this company is within the letter of the law, BUT they know they are not treating their customers correctly. They lure you in with their $4.95 offer...and then they have you on their product program...to come weeks after and you get charged $87.41! Outrageous!!
They know they are wrong, but continue to treat people as if they are stupid! I guess I am...I fell for it!
