They do not hire their own employees but send out sub contractors to do their work.
They do not treat you like you are their only customer. In fact once they have your money, if you call them back because they failed to rectify a bee problem, they will mock you on the phone and hang up on you.
Their bee treatment service failed to kill even a single bee after the up to 5 days they say it can take for their treatment to be effective. My own efforts resulted in thousands of dead bees and I was a novice.
They are as scary a fraud as I have ever encountered. I would say UNCONSCIENABLE! Run away from them very very fast, you can't believe how much aggravation and money you will save yourselves.
