On May 19, 2013, I prepaid by credit card a 199.00 deposit on a 800.00 rifle stock that Desert Warrior Products representatives said was on back order. After waiting a year, I canceled this order on May 2, 2014. A Desert Warrior Products representative said they would reimburse me through my credit card but they never returned my 199.00 deposit to this day.
On 10-28-2013 I prepaid paid by credit card $1,254.78 for assorted items. Within this order I paid 238.95 for a Sage International Detachable Cantilevered Sight Base. In recorded telephone calls, Desert Warrior Products representatives repeatedly claimed they were still waiting to receive this stock from the manufacturer. A year later I canceled this order. To this day Desert Warrior Products has not returned my $238.95 to me, making a total lose of $437.95.
On the Desert Warrior Products website [email protected], they show a new policy dated 9-9-2014 that states “A customer’s credit card will be authorized ONLY for the amount of the purchase and will NOT be charged until the product leaves our warehouse.
