Ordered checks using a "first time users" coupon. Several days later I received a message on my phone to give the company a call asap as there was a problem with my order. I called them immediately.
Customer service rep said I wasn't eligible for this discount because I had ordered from the company 10 years ago. (Can most people remember what they did 10 years ago?) He said my order had already been processed and shipped. They supposedly do a batch payment at the end-of-the-day and they didn't realize the amount of money I sent them was based on my use of the coupon.
Since I had previously ordered I had to pay the "normal" amount. And since the checks were already in the mail I could not cancel the order. I tried to say I should have been called beforehand to be told there was a problem BEFORE they processed my order. Customer rep just paused, then he said I owed a balance, and asked how I was going to pay.
My designer checks at a GREAT price cost me an additioanal $44 for over $65 total. I feel I was ripped off royally and I will not recommend anyone buy from them - unless they have a wonderful memory!
