Communicated with vendor via email at [email protected]. Asked for pricing for 4 and/or 5 hour photobooth services. Received prompt response via email with quotes for $500 for 4 hours and $599 for 5 hours. Package include 1 hour set-up, comes with props, custom layout, online gallery, scrapbook and unlimited photos, print only 2 copies, on-site attendant and the photos are emailed as well. Was still interested in the 5 hour package and was asked to provide a downpayment with contract/agreement immediately to follow and mailed to my Los Angeles address. Vendor said via email to send check payable to the below name and address for the $300 deposist. (Chansik Ko 9317 Aston-Martin Drive Las Vegas, NV 8911). I did so as instructed. Vendor has failed to respond to both via email and phone message with a contract/agreement. This was intended for a wedding. And now I am forced to hire some other vendor. Wasted by $300 deposit.
