People lied to me when I purchased the time-share.

I bought it in the 80’s and traded with RCI – GOOD COMPANY!!

Then Sunterra took over – still not bad.

Now Diamond Resorts – the only thing that is Diamond are the rings on the owners hands.

What a scam!

I will be joining the class action suit against Diamond Resorts to release owners from the outrageous terms they DID NOT KNOW THEY ENTERED INTO!

I have been an owner of time share and pay every month for the services and throughout 2014 Diamond Resorts repeatedly said i was not current in my monthly payments and would not allow us to make a vacation reservation . I have since emailed all the cancelled checks and proved that we pay every month.

I have called numerous times and asked for a supervisor to call me back and no one has. We still havent been able to make a reservation for all of 2014 and now i have called and tried to get a phone call back to be able to make a reservation for 2015 and no one calls us back or allows us to make a reservation. This is fraud. I am currenrtly trying to sell this time share or get a person from Diamond Resorts to allow us to make a reservtion . The staff there is completely negilgent in their jobs and still has not accepted the cancelled checks as proof of our monthly payments. So we still haven't been able to make a reservation.

We purchased our timeshare from a small company and the annual fees made financial sense. Diamond Resorts purchased ILX and the fees have soared to $1500.00 a year. We paid off our 12,000 timeshare and now we can't afford to even use it. We have tried to sell it but no luck. I contacted Diamond Resorts and asked it I could just deed the timeshare back to them- no cost. I just want to get out from under the annual fees. I was told that wasn't possible and my choices were to sell it or default on the mortgage (the annual fee is considered a mortgage). I don't want to ruin my credit rating and I have listed the time share for sale for 1.00. I can't give it away. Now I'm stuck with no good way out. I want others thinking of buying to beware of Diamond Resort and the trap they will catch you in.

This company offers you free trip to sit in on there time share. which i did . it took them 6 months to tell me that the trip i was suppose to get free is not available.. after i payed for the taxes for the trip. i could go on forever about that but thats not my main complaint. my main complaint is that after listening there presentation for 6 hours that was suppose to be only 2 hours i bought a sampler package.. but there was alot off things they did not tell me and after sitting for 6 hours and starving they rush you throughh the paperwork at the end.. the main thing they dont tell you is, that you have to pay half of the money before you can book anything.. so 6 months later and 6 payments later and $1000 later, i have not been able to take any trip. today i called them and they said i have to pay the whole thing off before i can take any vacations.. if this is a loan shouldnt i be able to use now? they are charging me intesrest.. they also didnt not mention u have short time period to use these point .. and they also dont tell you that you have to sit in on a presentation everytime you use the points . this thing has been the biggest scam ive ever been through i dont know how they can keep doing this to ppl. imhave to give up after spending so many hours on this..i even had to cancel my credit card. i hoping they will do the HONEST thing and refund my money since i got nothing from them!!!!

To be fair to DRI,I will speak on the Pros and Cons of doing business with them

Pros

1. This would be a great purchase for any one/family with wealth and time to vacation. They have some of the most elegant resorts worldwide.

2. If you follow the instructions as the pamphlet directs; it's probably 98% chance you'll get what you reserved. And if not, and it is found that Its Diamond's fault they will correct the issue.

3. You will have the opportunity to see the world simply buy logging in or making a phone call and booking a resort.

4. There are millions members out there who love their DRI membership wouldn't trade/sell it for the world.

5. They truly are Vacationing made Simple.

Cons

1 .My membership purchase me obligated me to DRI in FOREVER, regardless "If lose my job, become sick, immobile, and/or I just don't want to be an active member anymore". My membership points are "Automatic"(meaning FOREVER, A LIFETIME of uncontrollable maintenance fees to be passed on to my children for the rest of their lives too.

2. The Sales Rep told me misleading information about the product. He failed to inform me of very important details of the contract. I sign a bank contract under a false belief that I didn't have to use the bank.

3. I paid over $18,000 for 8500 points I only received 5000 points because they were not added on the contract.

4. I have endured rude customer service

6. I can't do anything about climbing maintenance fee prices.

7. I don't OWN anything, I purchased a "Right to Use" by points. I was told I would be a Timeshare owner.

8. It is very hard to resell the timeshare

9.DRI has no give back program.

10.If I don’t pay DRI, they will attack my credit.

I'll stop here... Just know I am an UNHAPPY member just like many of you. I feel I was tricked by misleading information and I caved to the pressuring Sales Agent's Dream presentation. Now by the time I pay off my time share with the 17% interest dealing with Quorom Credit Union I will pay over $37000 for 5000 pts. I was told by the sales agent I didn’t have to finance with QCU, but I had to sign their binding contract to go forward with the purchase. And because of work I missed the period to inform them I could not find Financing .Had I not listened to the sale agent and NOT signed that bank contract the purchased would of have voided itself out. I also perceived automatic point allotment as if I wanted more, I would not have to come back in and do another agreement. So now I 'm stuck in a contract with QCU. I spoke with a DRI customer care agent and she simply stated I signed the contract and I have to pay, there is nothing DRI can do for me. So "yes" I've tried to deal Directly with DRI in good faith to no avail. With that being said, I understand I don't have a lot of money to fight them in court, nor am I going to pay somebody to get me out of the contract. I have a voice, and I plan to use it on every complaint board I see. I will use my freedom of speech/to protest until I am free of DRI contractual obligation. Some people just lie down and allow themselves to get screwed not me. I haven't lied about anything stated above....I have proof. So if you are a DRI Board monitor get used to seeing this post every time I make a monthly payment on that $30,000 loan bill I was tricked into signing by your sales agent: Who can say whatever he wants and not be liable for his statements nor does DRI have to HONOR his misleading statements. We can keep them honest! If you would like to reach me, leave your info in the reply or PM me. To “Diamond Resorts International" Do not try to contact me with scare tactics I am covered under the freedom of speech and protest. I have not quoted anything verbatim off of your contract, nor am I attempting slander your name. I am merely giving an honest testimony on my experiences with your company. Do not contact me "unless" you are freeing me of my contract and this high interest loan obligation. I know you can do the right thing if you wanted too...Unfortunately your sales agent tricked the wrong Disabled Veteran of Marines...We are truly, no better friend, No worse enemy. I am a simple hardworking man with a voice; there is nothing amazing about me. If there was I wouldn't be in this situation, lol. I have more time and energy than money, I feel like a modern day David and DRI is my Goliath. I do not expect a miracle overnight but DRI will get tired of seeing and hearing and answering questions about this information in their presentations....If you want to help me out? Go sit thru a presentation, and reference this member# 46013434 (Use for that purpose only, I will not rent or sell this timeshare!) and ASK Questions. (((This post is not meant to deter any readers from doing business with Diamond Resorts International nor, is it an attempt to slander/damage Diamond Resort International's integrity or business procedures))). I am simply letting the world read my testimony of my current situation with Diamond Resorts International. Had I known this prior, I would have made a better decision. God bless America....

My wife and I attended an intense personal sales pitch for DRI. We were given a free breakfast and apon leaving were given a $100 Visa card. We immediately recognized that truths were being stretched and did not fall for their high pressure sales tactics. I only wish I would have done more research on Diamond Resorts International before attending their "sales presentation". I would have had much tougher questions for the sales rep. Crazy how they are able to con people out of their money....BUYER BEWARE

Recision Period

Remember you have 5 days in Nevada and 7 in California after you sign the sales documents to fill out the recession form in the back of the documents. Please follow their instructions on the form return it to them to get out of this nightmare. If you buy the sampler package there is no way out you are stuck with it and its limited use restrictions.

Last year 2013, I bought into a time share program called Diamond Resorts international out of Vegas. I spent over $15000 and was promised vaction time and discounts. As it turns out I didnt buy anything useful according to their own people who just traveled through my home town of columbus, ohio. My wife tried to use the system to book a vacation and was informed of some of our short commings. our contract has errors and lies of usage.I was even told I cant sell or escape the trap I walked into, even at a loss.I am not happy, with myself and especially diamond. They tell me I need an additioal $13000 to make the trap some what useable. I declined and promised to get some type of satisfaction in any way possible. At this point I want to sue or get out in some form. I have not been contacted by diamond and really not expecting them to as they already got my money. Hopefully if I cant get satisfaction I can inform as many folks as gullible as myself. John F.

When we signed our contract we were informed by the salesman that our maintenance fee could be paid at any time throughout the year - we just

couldn't book any travel until it was paid. NEVER ONCE did he explain that a 25% fee and then late charges would accrue throughout the year. We were also informed that we would be able to sell back the property - NO QUESTIONS ASKED - if we were ever unhappy with the service. At that point we would forfeit any remaining points and the "right to the property" would go back to the company.

Now, here we are less than a year later and our $847 fee is now well over $1100 and the only option for buy back is to pay off the loan and then

"relinquish" the property. How in the world does it make sense to pay off a loan and own something, then relinquish it? What kind of nonsense is that?

After speaking to two reps who couldn't do a thing to help me or offer me any alternative other than to just pay my maintenance fee, I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told none were available. I expect someone to contact me right away with options other than just to pay my fee or relinquish the property. I have already contacted the BBB and the Attorney General.

I am seeking a full release from this time share. I do not want anything to do with this company going forward. I was lied to and manipulated into what

the terms were and was left in a room without my husband to sign off on the paperwork. Nothing was gone over, and at no point was there any mention of the terms being able to be changed WITHOUT notice at any time the company so chooses. What kind of company needs a clause like that? One that lies and deceives their customers. I want nothing to do with this time share anymore. I want out and I want it without any fees or affecting my credit.

Couches high pressure sales/marketing tactics as "Owner's Update Meeting". States "meeting" will last one hour - in real time, needed a minimum of 3 hours where I consistently said no and cut them off. Who knows how long the "meeting" would have taken had I actually engaged in conversation.

Cannot get anyone at any of the email customer service addresses or live personnel on site to recognize, read, understand the recorded county documentation that certified my husband as dead and deeded the property to my name solely. Customer service personnel are incapable of reading or understanding legal documentation.

High pressure time share and travel points sales operation. If you want to pay a lot of money for a mediocre place to stay for vacation and field constant telephone calls at home before and after vacation as well as throughout the year trying to sell you more - then this is for you. I can go on vacation for far less money in nicer places without any harassment telephone calls. Be forewarned.

A few years ago we got into a Silver Package from Diamond resorts which was fine. 2 months later we were forced into a Gold Package that was supose to have more benefits and it didn't. Were told that we were Gold Status and we were not. In April we had to but down more money to become gold Status. In may We were forced to buy another sampler. more money down. In August they said if we but down x amount of dollars then we would become Platnuim. In October of 2014 we went to hawaii and were told more lies that if we converted then we would get more benefits. Another lie was told. In January we wanted to go back and fix this because we didn't get what we wanted and so we have been trying to fix this since the begining of January. Diamond Resorts has ruined our credit. All we want is our downpayments that we have but into this or we will file lawsuit against Diamond Resorts if this doesn't get resolved.

Diamond Resorts International offers timeshare and sells a pack of many lies forcing people to sign contracts that will make you an slave for the rest of your live. The sellers are unscrupulous people very well prepared to catch people based on lies, frauds and scams. DRI does not cancel contracts, does not return your calls, does not take responsability about the bad practices the sellers use. Why? Because DRI use that way for trapping people, take your money, and give nothing in exchange. That is legal.....because you cannot prove that sellers said one thing and the contract is totally different. DRI just want to have your money....the rest is a nightmare.

On 4/14/2015 My husband and myself were invited to attend a timeshare presentation given by Diamond Resorts International.

We informed the representative (Vilen Kazaryan) that we already have a time share through Grand Monarch Vacation for over 5 years now.

Mr.Kazaryan informed us that we do not have any vacation with them because Monarch Grand went bankrupty years ago.

He proceeded to tell us that the maintenance money we had been sending was all we had of a any timeshare. I told him I will check into this when we get back home. He then said He could fix this mixup that all we had to do was upgrade to Diamond and all would be Ok.That was lie number 1.

This was my husbands birthday so I told Mr. Kazaryan that if Diamond Has a resort in Mississippi we would consider.

He said yes they do and he could personally make the reservations for us. My husbands family reunion is June 22.2015 so this was a good deal for us to stay in our own place.

Lie number 2, When we finished the paperwork Mr. Kazaryan told us to go to dinner as we had planned and he would take care of all reservations for us.

Said we would receive all information when we return back home to in the mail.So since it was our last night at Circus-Circus we went to celebrate my husbands birthday.

After we got home all phone calls to this representative was never returned. He finally called after a couple of weeks. To tell us that there isnt a Diamond Resort Vacation in Mississippi.

I reminded him of the verbal promise he told me and my husband that if he had a vacation resorts in Mississippi we would upgrade. He acted like he was working on it.

Held us hostage for weeks leading us to believe we were getting a vacation room in Mississippi. The family reunion is fast approching and now my husband and myself will have to pay money to a hotel. Because we have no where else to stay for the family reunion. All calls to try and get back our money has not been returned.

This is horrible to take advantage of people just to rope them in to sign for a vacation resort..Shame on Diamond Resorts.

I attended the 90 minute presentation which turned out to be 4 1/2 hours in Cancun Resort, Las Vegas. At first the marketing dept called me and offered a free 3 day stay but I have to attend a sales presentation. I got sick the second day and they told me that if I failed to attend the presentation that I have to pay the full price of $199 per day so I attended with my husband thinking that it's only 90 minutes. I told the salesman that we are not buying because we already have 5 timeshares that we don't even use, so we don't need anymore timeshare. Then after 3 hours of discussing with the manager and representative, they transferred us to another table with another representative and offered us a sampler package which was a lot less in price. I told the rep that I was so sick, had a fever and I need to go to the pharmacy to buy medicine. He said that it will only take 5 minutes to prepare the papers. Again we waited for 35 minutes so we left the room and told the clerk that we need to go to the pharmacy to buy my medicine. The representative was running to us and told us that the sampler package papers are ready for us to sign. We went back to the room and sign the papers without reading them because I was sick and I was not in the right state of mind and just want to get it over with so we can get out and go to pharmacy across the street.

When we got home I read the papers that we signed and we found out that we cannot cancel at all. I felt that I was forced to sign when I told them I don't need anymore timeshare because I already have 5 timeshares that we don't even use. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they gave me a conditional credit. I talked to several people in Diamond Resorts. I was told that they will not cancel nor refund me because I signed and initialed the contract that says non-cancellable. This is a total rip-off. They took advantage of my condition being sick, I didn't get a chance to read it well enough because of my condition.

Whan the sales person was talking to us and convinced us to turnover one of our deeded properties to them, we specifically asked if we found that we had more points than we would use annually could we sell back some of the points. My wife and I were assured that that was the companies policy by both the salesperson and the closer.. I have recently decided to reduce the number of points because of the escalating maintenance fees. We started with $500 for one time share and $1,000 for two. We bought an additional six thousand points to take us up to 30,000 points. Now our fees are five thousand dollars. When I contacted DRI, they indicated they had never had a buy back policy. I wonder what will happen when we decide to take our one deeded property out of their program. The property is managed by DRI.

The other problem that we have is that owners can no longer trade in points at the end of the year toward maintenance fees which was another selling point when we bought extra points. What we were told was that if we could n't use all of the points we had we use our extra points in this manner. This changed surprised us last year and now we want to unload some of our points.

  • Feb 16, 2015

I bought a vacation sampler in August 2013, and we specifically asked if we could extend the 18 months period if we could not take any vacation within that time frame. The ladywho sold the sampler to us said yes befor we signed. Now, I am trying to get an extension period, but Diamonds Resorts International does not want to eventhough the admit that the sale lady lied to us. They said the contract stated 18 months without no regards what have been said bythe sale lady! So, I completely paid $2295 for nothing.

French translation for French speaking customers:

Nous avons acheté des vacances comme membre comme essai avec Diamonds Resorts International et la vendeuse nous avait spécifié que nous pouvions demander l'extension de la période de 18 mois, mais Diamonds Resorts International refuse de nous octroyer une extension, malgré que le $2295US soit payé au complet. Ils confirme que la dame a menti, mais puisque c'estécrit 18 mois sur le contrat, ils ne veulent pas accorder d'extension.

Do not let these people pressure you to buy their timeshare. There marketing is deceptive and the annul dues

will bury you in debt. Their timeshare fees are double of any other time share units. If you sign up for a time

share, the billing is skepitcal and can cause extreme finance fees. These time shares are unsellable and the

annul fees are not worth the units that you can get on the open market.

  • Sep 24, 2014

In July of 2011, I took my family to Branson and was talked into doing my first timeshare presentation. I was sold a sampler package that we got a great deal on and got some great use out of as well. I was sold another sampler in Florida a year later and used it to go to Vegas where they tried to sell me another sampler package before my other expired. I was pretty sure I was told that they couldn't do that, but the sales rep assured me that they could.

Come to find out, hours later, they were not supposed to sell it to me and so they put it under my girlfriends name who was a stay at home Mother and had no income but mine, so they billed it to me. I was told that we could use it just like the others

After I used the points from my second package, we tried to use the points from the one we purchased and they would not let me use it. I tried to book a business trip and they said that my girlfriend would have to attend my businees trip in order for me to use my points. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was called back 11 days later after making three calls to them. The manager was like no other and was unbelievably unfriendly. He said that the only way that I would be able to use the package would be to transfer the points to a purchased time share.

They would let me do that with points in someone elses name, but not let me use the product I paid for, all based on their word. When I explained the situation, he said "I guess you never read the contract". I responded "next time I will remember to bring my attorney with me on vacation at his $500 p/hr rate"

Lesson learned, I will never purchase anything from them again- over $2000 down the tubes and the rudest service I have ever gotten and took 0 accountability and offered no concessions. That is what happens when you don't buy the package that is not worth anything but guaranteed maintenance fees that you can buy for $1 from people that want out of their contracts anyways.

Also, do the math. An entry level membership buys you around 2 weeks in the resorts for a minimum of $15K + maintenance fees. The places are nice, but that is $7.5k p/week purchase or $390K annualized for a place that costs them just over $150K on average to build. Then, you are charged maintenance fees of around $1200 p/yr or almost $100 p/day of your stay to enjoy your over paid assett that isn't really an assett at all as it bear no resale value.

The sampler package limits you to 24 properties that are overrated and overcrowded with few ammenities an services. You have to book within a certian time or your loose it all together. No refunds after purchase. Forced to stay miles from where I want to every time I travelled just to get some use out of the points so they didnt' go to waste. There are way better deals on Vacation Rentals.com or Expedia or Priceline that give you limitless opportunities (including the Diamond Resorts) and you don't have to do the damn time share presentation every time that always ended up being at the most inopportune times of my trips and was hassled every time for two hours.

I had a few trips that seems worth the deal until I was sold a package I couldn't use. DON'T DO IT. IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT! RETAIN YOUR FREEDOM TO TRAVEL WHEN, HOW, WHERE YOU WANT EVERY TIME BY AVOIDING THESE SCAMMERS!

  • Jul 29, 2014

Stay clear of this company, and Boss Froggs, Kaanapali Beach Club in Maui ( they are the one that is pushing this dishonest company and sending couples to these 90 minute seminar on this vacation package that was suppose to be completly stress free, which was anything but.) and any company that affiliates themself with them. They lie , and scam there way pushing until you buy something, If you get conned into one of there timeshares you and your heirs are stuck for life. We were neive to believe that when we did not take the timeshare and went for a sampler package instead we were told that we by law had 7 days to change our mind. Well that was a lie, From the begining it was nothing but lies. First they start off with telling you how they are acredited with the BBB and how all complaints hae been resolved. From what I can find that is not true. There are many complaints out there.

Unlike the time share the smpler package has no cancellation no refund policy, Tamara McGee failed to mention that as she rushed through the papers and so did we because they keep you sitting there .

We were also told by Mike Burke when we were waiting for Tamara McGee, as he jotts something down on paper and slipps it to us at our table insureing us of our 3 day rule my husband and I usually have set very firmly , we do not purchase anything big with out waiting 3 days. and he insured us we had not only 3 days but 7 days by law. Which was a deffinant lie. Was told by Tamara McGee that with the sampler package you have to go to 1 more of these presentations they will ask you each time you stay but you need only to go to 1 , here is another lie. as stated in the contract every time you use this sampler package you must endure this suposed 60 minute presentation.

Tamara McGee , gave us her personal cell phone number if there where any problems to call, as I read on the internet of all the issues with this company and that we had just paid $2695.00 for trips that the average person off the streets can get for 1/3 of this. I text Tamara McGee and asked to cancel this . To which she did not answer for 2 days. When she did finally text back and tell me I would have to contact James Sweatson Reginal Director. I called, I text, I finally text Tamara McGee one more time to thank her for nothing because there was no call back. I did inturn get a call back. I was told it was James Sweatson, Reginal Director. I have know way of knowing I was told his hands were tied. and there was nothing they could do.

Also to tell me that Tamar McGee is very thourow in her sales and assured me that she would not lie, well this is when I learned more of her lies about the 60 presentation. And also was told by James Swatson that it didnt matter what Mike Burke told us he has nothing to do with the sampler package. Well I just caought James in more lies because Mike Burkes name is signed at the bottom of our contract.

They try to sell you timeshares and when you do not buy and you want to try their product, what they do not tell you is everything they had just told you for the last 2 hours is not the same as in what they are selling now.

All I can say is stay clear of this scam.

  • Jul 12, 2014

Blatant lie from the sales persons of this company,Diamond Resorts International....we had the sampler package and we didn't actually wanted to buy but they offered that if we pay off the Monarch grand vacations then there will only be one maintenance fee yearly. that was our highest concern before we signed up. then this month, a personalized rep from their corporate in Florida called us as new members and mentioned to us that there are still two maintenance fees that we have to pay; we told him that the conversation was different before we signed up. we will seek legal counsel for this lies and deception this company is advocating to the consumers out there. warning to all prospective buyers...please do not heed to their lies and smart talks....they are liars...they just want your money and business...you will end up in the sinkhole.

  • Jul 8, 2014

Have owned our timeshare with Diamond Resorts for well over a decade so. We have visited every "nice" resort they have to offer in the US, so we decided to ask our children if they would want to inherit the timeshare. They stated they couldn't afford the maintenance fees.

We offered it to our neighbors and some friends for $1. They couldn't afford the maintenance fees. See a pattern?

I contacted Diamond Resorts and told them I would like to sell back the timeshare for $1. I was informed by a nice lady they didn't do that. I can't use the timeshare, I can't "give it away" yet I'm supposed to maintain the property with fees that go up whenever they buy new properties -- and do this the rest of my life!!! The nice lady said yes or they would sue me (it was put very nicely and apologetically).

The only way for me to use my timeshare again is to go to places I've already been, and my husband and I have a "policy" never to go the same place twice because of all the wonderful places the U.S. has to offer, and Diamond Resorts does not have locations in all of the rest of these places (some might, but condition of timeshares are not acceptable).

For the cost of just the maintenance fee, I can rent a whole house for a week in most places throughout the world. The places I've checked out in Europe (popular destinations) have wonderful rent houses, but no Diamond resort can be found anywhere in a very broad area.

So, I'm to pay for services I'm not getting for the rest of my life or do something I don't want to do. There is something terribly wrong with this.

I had a timeshare with another company and they bought it back for $10. Their maintenance fees were half of what I'm paying for Diamond.

I'm in if there is an investigation, lawsuit, whatever against Diamond. Their business policy stinks. They have spread themselves too thin and are trying to recover through their members.

I want out and will pursue this until I get released. If they treat me like this (excellent credit rating), what will they do next. If this trend continues, I can see Diamond's reputation going down the drain.

I originally bought my unit through Tempus select about 5 years ago. When I 1st purchased the unit, I was told that when we came to use or time, we would be in another unit and that they were showing us the model unit. Boy were we wrong. They brought us to the same unit when we came back. I had to file a complait in order to for them to change the room. I then had to sit down with anohter rep and agree to upgrade the unit in order to have a better room. The Maintenance Fees just keep rising. Now that Diamond Resorts has taken over management, they are addiing additiona cost for Replacement Reserve in additiona to the raised maintenance. I have contacted them several times and was told today that the only resolution I had to address this issue was to wait unit the next annual meeting in a year or two and attend. This is a freaking Rip Off.

We're fairly happy timeshare owners with another company and had thought it was a wise decision to add another after hearing their pitch. They claimed to have the soloutions for what our current membership was lacking. What a load of BS! I should of known that it was too good to be true.

The salesperson flat out lied to us. I have made many complaints with no avail! It seems DRI and their staff are not held accountable for anything! So Disappointing!

I have owned with DRI, and been making rediculous payments for the last 2.5 years but, have NEVER been able to use it. There is no re-sale, no buy-back, I cannot even GIVE it back. I fear I'm making payments FOREVER for something that's unusable.

I've attended other presentations during our holidays using our other TS, and our familie's. They didn't even want anything to do with DRI but, were willing to take our other membership off our hands.

Beware before buying. They tell you you get all these free trips but to wait a few months before booking so they can get your information set up in their system. You have 15 months to book the trips. So I waited and then tried to use the free week and guess what? No availability anywhere I chose to go. And I tried 10+ properties all over the US.

The salesman stated it is Diamond's policy to never say 'No' but here again that's all you get at every turn! Some phone representatives tell you you can 'Hold' a property for a few hours (while you work out the flight details) then another agent states that can't be done. Can't even speak to a supervisor ever!

I really feel the bait and switch here.....think twice about spending the kind of money I spent! I totally regret it now! Wish I would have visited this site before signing the contract!
