Stick with and it and dispute your credit card charge! The credit card company will fight for you! Thank goodness! Diamonds international and Royal Caribbean kept denying our claim! Finally when they got notice from visa'. Then they went an email that theyreviewed our claim. Ha ha. Took months and months. But finally got new watches! Just stick with it and stay away!
