Despite having had an impeccable rental history with our rented property located at Blue ALgoon Condos 5077 NW 7th Street, Apt. 1402, Diana Aristizabal and Rob Napolitani do not see a need to return my security deposit of $1,450.00.
Despite having been told by Diana [The owner as listed on City of Miami public record] that she intended to return the money, her alleged husband Ralph Lazaro Napoleoni felt compelled to tell me on 03-23-2014 that he will not be returning the money and that in fact, he will reduce expenses for repairing the AC unit in that apartment which took place roughly 5 months before I moved out.
I provided Diana and Rob roughly two months’ notice of my intent to vacate so they could begin a remodeling project of their newly purchased condo and spent another month after them asking them to please send me a check. It is very clear to me that these landlords lack integrity and ethics.
