I also had a terrible experience with Digital Garden. I was unhappy with the outcome of some elements of the website they created. When we voiced our concerns they angrily tried to defend their product and tried to charge us an absurd amount of money to fix it. By far the worst experience in communication, delivery, value for money. Horrendous. In my opinion Digital Garden are internet thugs to be avoided.
I am writing this to warn everyone about The Digital Garden Sydney - I know they are going to deny this but I had some website work.
Actually a website designed recently and I can honestly say that I have never felt so bad after this servcie - they are rude, were reluctant to do any changes without CHARGING me an absolute fortune - they quote realistic prices BUT be very very warned they slug you later on for the tiniest amend.
When I brought this up I was rudely shown the terms and conditions and had an invocie sent to me before I could do anything - I am sure they will deny this BUT this is the truth - the whole web process was a shambles with:
- lack of communication
- lost emails
- over charging
- rude staff
All I can say is avoid the Digital Garden in Surry Hills Sydney - they will rip you off and not think twice about it!
