I ordered tee shirts from a place with a url similar to discountteeshirts.com but was redirected to discountmugs.com. They failed to ship and deliver my $500 order of tee shirts in time for my grand opening as they had promised. They have absolutely zero customer service -- I was bounced around to various individuals in India who were worthless at resolving the problem. I finally spoke to a person in the US who promised to print new shirts and have them to me in time for my grand opening.
My grand opening is three hours from now and the shirts are not here. Discountmugs.com does not know where the shirts are. I got screwed.
I don't order steak at a seafood place or vice versa. If I'd know discountmugs.com was actually a FRENCH cheese company I never would have ordered from them. They are a rip off and a scam company. Avoid at all costs.
