I called several times this morning and then again when I returned from lunch and they kept hanging up all over again. I am in business to help people not to have people hang up the phone on me, rude.
Received the same fax from them, but have no intention of calling them. Their letter is definitely made to be scary since it basically cites some US trademark laws and notes that my domain, which I've owned for years, is in violation of trademark law. Moreover, it demands a response today (I received their fax today) via a call to their 800 number. Definitely smells like a scam.
