Don McClain and his family visited Dr. (and I use that term loosely) Steven Smith. He had no bedside manner and was completely cold when providing the treatment we were seeking. He was unhelpful and provided no comfort whatsoever. The exam was uncomfortable and he and his staff did not seem to care. We wish him all the best but we do not recommend him in the future.
