When I put my order in the money was immediately taken out of my account. After a week of not receiving my hair or a tracking number, I continuously called her with no response. Might I add I ordered over a $1000 of hair. She never answered my emails, texts or phone calls. Not until I called paypal to put in a dispute, she called 20 minutes later, and had every unprofessional excuse known to man kind. She then told me she sent the hair out already. Once I finally received the hair and installed it on a few clients head, I started getting many complaints. The hair matted up and was very nappy and tangled. So now I'm losing money because I have to order more hair from a more reputable company and replace their old hair. Spending more money and not to mention I still have a few bundles left. I emailed her with my concerns and as I expected no response at all. Buyer Please Beware

The owner is a complete and total scam artist that posts fake feedback text about her product on her Instagram!!! In April 2014 I ordered 3 bundles of 7A Brazilian hair from the company. After 2 weeks of never receiving a package I began to contact the owner via text and email which led to absolutely no response! It wasn't until I requested the refund of my money that the owner finally texted me back and said that my package was returned to her PO box and she hadn't had a chance to reship it. When I asked her for the original tracking # so that I could see why the package was returned, she again ignored my messages. After about another 5 days of no package, I requested a refund yet again to which the owner replied that they don't do refunds and I was just being too impatient about the product. Eventually, I contacted my card company and filed a dispute with the hair company to get my money back. It took 45 days, but I was finally returned my money and I can finally be done with this conartist! The owner of Dopeweavedealerz is a rude, unprofessional, manipulating liar that should not be allowed to be considered a part of the business world! I fully intend on reporting her Instagram page for misrepresenting other people's pictures as her own. She is basically the retail world's version of a "catfish!" Do not trust this person under any circumstances!!! She is a complete and utter fraud!
