Took my sons to this office back when the original owner had it before melissa took it over from him. he was a great dentist. when she took it over i started to notice they kept trying to get me to buy all kinds of extra stuff like differant treatments and so on. i told them to only do what was covered by my insurance and so they claimed everything they did was. THEY LIED! i kept getting bills for hundreds of $$$.. the next time we took the kids there i talked to them about it and they claimed the bill would be taken care of. again i told them do not do any work on my kids that is not covered by the health ins. yet again i get bills in the mail in the coming months for hundreds of $$.. i called and complained! they basicly told me to go pound salt! they bitch on the phone said we all have to pay our bills so get use to it! i said that fine but when someone tells you not to do anything more than what the insurance covers they expect you to listen! so now they threaten to turn me over to a bill collector and ruin my good credit! BOTTOM LINE IS AVOID THIS SCAMMER! THEY ADD ON UNNEEEDED STUFF JUST TO RACK UP YOUR BILL!!!!
