I am a former client of this facility. Throughout my stay, which was over 3 months, I witnesses things I never thought I would have to see. The owner of this facility is a complete scumbag. He does not care about the clients whatsoever. I was stolen from, overly charged for services I never recieved, spoken to in a terrible manor, was pushed aside when I was in a bad space and was shoved into illegal housing. I knew a girl who was at this facility and she went home, sadly she died of an over dose, and these people continued to charge her for their services even after knowing she was deceased. My insurance was almost completely burnt out as well as many others who received treatment there. when I was getting my discharge plan ready, they wouldn't let me leave until I went to a place that they wanted me too so they would get money out of it. after being discharged from this facility, I went to pick up a girl who I had known there and became close with to bring her to a halfway house, we were then followed, verbally and almost physically assaulted by their security guard which I have on tape. I was wrongly treated, stolen from and my safety was put at risk. Do not send anybody to this treatment center. They do not care, and they will do the same to you.

legal action.

There are several employees and former clients that are in process of seeking multiple lawsuits. I want to contact you, but I'm not sure how to do so. Please itemize (or make then give you one), they over bill, charge insurance illegally w/ made up notes. Main thing, we must stop people from falling into their bait and switch. The majority investors companies were raised in September and his assets are frozen. That's big trouble because his arrogance had him laughing that he could tie it up in the courts for years. I cannot put my info publicly (legal reasons), but could possibly help you w/ jumping on one of these suits.

Not what it seems!

The above poster is dead on. Please check their BBB score (F) and multiple other bad reviews. Sure, lots of people complain about rehab, but this is next level stuff they are doing. I'd love to see that video! As the CEO is about to get sued from multiple angles.

My whole experience was a nightmare! A total disaster.

Don't believe anything advertised, it is all false!

If you want to vacation in a resort-- fine, but if you want treatment, you will discover very quickly it is a business in which the major concern is profit.

They house way too many clients in those rooms and provide very little counseling or care.

The so called "professionals" don't treat their clients professionally. Many of them are sarcastic, rude and uncaring.

And then when it came time to leave, many clients were required to stay longer (only because their insurance would continue to pay). Treatment outcome was NOT the guideline for discharge but rather how many more days your insurance will pay them.

And this was information everyone there knew and shared.

Once you are there you are trapped! Here, I made the hardest decision of my life to seek help, and I felt they took advantage of my need.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The place should be shut down.

Please keep her from causing more harm

ALL of these statements are dead on. She's also now the medical director of Bliss, and has removed her fb page. She can run, but her lack of morals will catch her.... Or maybe the ama... Or the courts. Don't have big daddy investor to protect her anymore. His assets are frozen and his main company was recently raided and shut down. Can't afford to "tie up" the court system anymore.

Thania Quesada MD made promises that this was not a 12 step program and that I would participate in my treatment plan and then once they had their hands on my insurance money, she ignored her promises and would not listen to me. When her treatment failed, she no longer talked to me and just hoped I would go away! At that point, I asked her to involve my family as part of my treatment plan but they were excluded by her. She took full totalitarian control and does not listen to the patient. Stay away from this doctor.

Karma

Trust me.... It's taken some time, but she's being investigated as I write. In addition, the AMA is also likely that king into her while checking the "Ned school". And if its accredited.

Corrupt

They are unlicensed and the medical director Thania Quesada has a medical degree from an unaccredited Caribean island. Her standard of care as Moral compass are corrupt.

Courts are slow

She is NOT a doctor nor a good PERSON!. Karma, AMA, Various fraud units of big insurance companies, and others are all beginning to file. She's ruined her name, reputation, and broke the "do no harm" oath. She's by no means free and clear!!
