I am visiting a friend and take full responsibility for this report of what I saw the employees of this company do. My friend and I were sitting on her patio of a condo neighborhood early in the morning and she noted we would not be able to stay outside due to the company working. There were many large riding mowers that were extremely noisey going back over the same area four or five times. Then once again. Then they dump the clippings in the street near her building. She ran in to close all the windows even though it was wonderful weather and a cool breeze. The dirt and debris was a constant, with this crew.
Then the employees came with weed wackers. For what seemed like hours. Yes it is quite a large area, there were many crew members all given lawn devices to operate. In my opinion, they worked very slowly. As if to just "fill up time."
I witnessed two crew members blowing maple seeds OFF of the street and ONTO the home owners cars - windows wide open. Onto the driveways...sidewalks and yes, all over my friends patio that she had taken much time to meticulously clean for my visit. It was a hot mess! It seemed as if this crew person did it intentionally. Blowing the mulch around some day lilies into the direction of her patio and walking away.
Then I witnessed the same crew members actualy blowing papers and a box out of a recycle bin and just walk away leaving things blowing around and not picking up the debris. CLOUDS of dust and seeds all over the entry ways, sidewalks, driveways...etc.
NOT GOOD. Not good at all. Boss man is NOT present. The crew cannot speak English. I once witnessed them stepping on every little green shoot growing as well. This crew is awful. Inept.
It is 7pm and they are STILL here. There goes dinner on the patio. The noise, the dirt, the rudeness of this company all measures up to B A D!
There are many other lawn/snow companies to choose from. Pick the one that has conscientious employees that are respective of the HOME OWNERS property!
From what I have heard, they only answer to the Home Owners Association BOARD members - the actual property owners are not allowed to speak to them.
Even though this is where the home owners LIVE, it didn't matter to this company. They were there to work - if you get in the way...you better watch out for THEM
