I am filing this report, because drive financial ripp me off in high rates to fanince a 2003 chevy malibu in 2004, and repoed it in 2007, filed judgment around or about 2009 or 2010.
Drive also filed a judgment against me in the courts of Arlington Texas, after I had an accident in the car, and the insurance company would not fully assisit me with repair financing. However, I was disabled, and was on a fixed income at the time. They later repoed the car, and wanted me to pay for a car that I could not get possession of, caused my credit to go sour for many years. During this time there was tormenting, harrassments, and unlimted phone calls during my illnes at this time. During this time I would have paid for the car, but drive wanted me to pay for the car and they would keep possession of this vehichle.
I hope you can help me with this terrible thing I call a nightmare, dishonest on my credit report.
