DO NOT buy nothing from duarte's appliances they scam people from left to right!..This people were recommended by a friend of a friend. I call them and ask them how much they charge me to fix my dryer so they when to check my dryer they told me they have to take it because it was easier for them to check it at there place so I agree I say ok fine take it and let me know what's the problem with my dryer!! after two days I got a call that the computer from my dryer was not working and bla bla bla so I agree to get the part and fix it.. So after it was suppostly fix after 3 days my dryer was the same not drying at all so I call them and told them that the dryer was the same!!! Maria the owner say I'll send the technician to check ur dryer i say ok! so they pick up the dryer again and after a 4days maria told me that it was gonna be more expansive to repair my dryer!! That it was better to buy one from them I say no I just pay u to fix my dryer nd u want me to buy a dryer no way you need to fix my dryer because I just pay u !! So she got mad start yelling and saying alots of stuff!! So I told her bring my dryer nd give me my money back well she say no if u want your dryer come and get it nd im not gonna give nothing! she refuse to bring my dryer and refuse to give my money back! after calling for weeks and weeks to bring my dryer finally she decide to answer and told me tomorrow I'll take your dryer and nothing I call again when are u gonna bring my dryer tomorrow nd nothing . After having me like her stupid a** nd telling me tomorrow nd tomorrow i finally when nd got my dryer!! They scam people nd this need to stop there immigrants ignorant don't know English and doing this they need to go back to Mexico and they are a disgrace for the Latino nd Hispanic people!!! hopefully they could do something about this people Maria and Pedro the owner of this nasty place !! me and my husband were so upset and mad at the same time because she really don't care she don't even care about getting sue!!! Honestly this is just the truth about this people all of the comments nd reviews are true!!! DONT BUY NOTHING From DUARTES appliances they scam people there not legit!!!i hope the law do something and make her close her shop!!!
