We did business with this company and were told to upgrade to replcation of CD / DVD, versus duplcation as it would be better quality. The other main difference is that there would be an exisiting glass master stamper, so if there were re-runs, there would not be any additional charges. However there would be an intial charge of $175.00 upfront for the glass master stamper. This was quoted in writing.
We agreed, and paid for this.
When it was time for a re-run, 1 year later, we requested the glass master back, they refused, stating it does not state on your invoice, hence it is their property.
Very unfair business practices by this company. There are plenty of businesses that will replicate, and duplcate who are very fair, and better priciing.
We would not reccomend using this company for business.
