I ordered a free sample of their age cream based on a recommendation from Dr oz. A month or so after they sent me a months supply 3 times close together. I canceled and asked for a refund on my credit card which they got the number because I had to pay shipping and handling on the free sample. They said they would give me a refund for 2 months but not the third because it was past their policy date. They have a date different than I do from the box but they will not listen
I tried a free trial of skin cream and eye cream. I called several times to cancel. When I did get thru to some one they told me to wait on hold and they would be right back. I waited an hour before I hung up. I disputed the charges with my bank and they tried to do a three way call with Duplicell to complete the cancel and return of my charges. The call was never completed as we were put on hold that was never picked up. The bank reversed the charges and then Duplicell charged me again on 2-24-2015.
