Duvera Financial Reviews

In December 2014 I purchased couch at a nearby furniture store. I wanted to finance 1/2 of the amount of the couch which was 350.00. Duvera would not finance anything under 375.00. I was charged 189.00% interest with 12 payments of 66.80. I didn't realize it until recently because at the time iI was not well and had been without sofa for 1 . 1/2 yrs and needed one. How dare them rip people off and take advantage. If I pay it off now it will cost me 280.00. Total of 1100+. Do not use them.

Hey guys so I wanted a big screen TV and was very excited when I went to this place and they said I got approved for financing.

The total cost of the TV was 680$ dollars with no interest if paid in 90 days. Well, the 90 days passed by and I was just 150$ short, so when i called to make the last payment my balance was at 400$!!!!! I was told that because I didn't pay within the 90 days the interest had been added, and the interest started piling up since day 1!!! When i got the contract the dude said it was too long so to just sign, and so I did:/...shouldn't have I know...but I was excited. Anyways they tell me that the interest rate is 96%!!...Im reporting this as a fraud/scam, be careful with them.

Firstly I saw a pop up and stupid me clicked on it and watched a long video on how to make money online. It told me about drop shipping and to learn more I only had to pay a few dollars then it kept doing that to learn more pay so and so dollars! until I was sign up $400 dollars later.

So I had signed up for a months class to sell stuff fom ebay. They told me how to make an ebay(money well spent!) account and then said I had to get so many good reviews(by buying 1 cent things) and when I do get them, to call back. So I did that and they then told me to sell a few things that I owned to get good sellers reviews, but by then it was too late and the class was over. No more help.

So later I got a phone call saying there was a one, limited time offer to get access to an awesome website that could help me along in it for only a few payments of 100 or so dollars a month until a payment of 3000. I was like woah! $3000 is alot of money to me so I said I wanted time to think about it.

The guy then totally changed his tone saying aggressivly that it was one time deal and I had to act right now and also saying that with this site I could make that much in a week! So it would pay for itself no problem and blah blah blah.

So I fell for it and got access to a site I knew nothing about. I tried for a while but it was a no go. So now I'm being billed $125 a month by Duvera.

Now I noticed they missed a payment and so I went to there website (which I knew nothing about until I looked up there name from the bill)and saw the interst was ridiculous. But I guessed it was my fault for signing up and I just had to pay it off, eventually. Then I looked up there website on google and found that there was alot of VERY bad and scary reviews of them trashing credit scores and continuing to take payments even when payed off and its a scam site.

I can't sign in to the site now though! Where they didn't take a payment what does that mean??

I am really stressing about this mess!

This company is used by Fletcher's tires and other company. If this financial institution is used, avoid the company using duvera, or just pay cash for the goods or services. Duvera is a ripoff and a horrible company. they charge you 200% annual percentage rate. So for $700 worth of tires, I'm gonna pay almost double by the time I'm done with the loan! Highway robbery. Pure shadiness. Avoid Duvera at all costs!

I was financed by Meineke and they put me with 2 different finance companys but did not tell me any of that information, I happen to see that there are 3 deductions from my bank account. I have already paid off the finance company that I was aware of, so called to find out Duvera has been taking 100.00 a month x 3 months now for loan that is only 500.00; I've paid 300.00 and as of today I still owe 452.00, that is BS where the hell has all the payments gone to, don't ever use this company and NEVER go to Meineke.

I am writing today over a breech in contract between myself and Duvera Financial. I entered into an agreement with Duvera Financial on 07/10/2013 that I would pay the sum of $2800.00 over a period of eighteen months for developing an on line business. I was given many suggestions on how to do this by contacting business people, but always with more money expected, oh but they will take it in payments, how very generous of these individuals. I was not ever directed that it would cost anymore then I had already invested, quite the opposite, I was sent to one website after another given endless BS on how to develope this""business"". I received coaching from Taylor Covington for about 4 weeks and then told that I would be contacted by business people for further instructions. I continued making payments of $129.00 for 6 months plus $500.00 as a down payment and the filing fees of 380.00 that I was told I had to have to get drop shippers to work with me, to show it is a legitimate business, kinda funny they were using the term legitimate. Anyhow The last debit to my account was made on 02/12/2014 and all other communication stopped at that point. I am asking for a refund of $1403.00 for receiving nothing for my investment.

I contacted Duvera Financial on 03/18/2014, first I was told that they are no longer excepting payments on this account I asked well does that mean there will no longer be an automatic debit from my account. I was told that I had to email to Rich Victor, for any questions . No further explanation was given at that time. I have tried to contact my coach Tyler Covington by phone , and get this the voice mail states due to conditions beyond our control all services have been temporily suspended we will be back up in 30 days, As of this day , I am declaring my contract with Duvera Financial ""null and void"". I am sending a copy of this letter to Duvera Financial and Tyler Covington. Please add this letter to your ripoff report against Duvera Financial.
