Traveled a great distance to use Mr. Kendall's service on the recommendation of an acquaintance. After nearly two months of watching and waiting, he FINALLY filed our Federal return....however, he NEVER filed our State return. Called him numerous times to inquire about delays. If we were fortunate enough to catch him in his office, he had some vague c**k and bull excuse as to why they had not been filed. Tax day came and went. Still, no State return filed. Just received notice from Feds advising that they deducted what we owed the state from our federal return. Grrrr!! So frustrating. Mr. Kendall is extremely unprofessional, he is rarely ever in his office or available by phone, his voicemail is ALWAYS full, and he is clearly incompetent and appears to be borderline senile. I'm sure at one time he may have been a capable CPA, however those days are long gone. We have yet to receive a bill, but I anticipate a fight as we are highly unsatisified and do not intend to pay any more than necessary for his 'services'. We will be looking for a CPA closer to home next year. My advice? Avoid EG Kendall Co.
