We have been trying to get to flatbed semis financed with eagle business finance one minute they have everything they need the next they dont so i sent over more paper work for them and they called and said all we need now is a $1820.00 cashiers check for the security deposit and everything was good to go. Devin from ebf would not answer the phone return calls or emails finally got ahold of him and he said that under writing needed more information that they had problems with some credit issues that ive never heard of. so be ware of Devin Masterson and his partner Matt Williams at eagle business finance they will take your money and not return it. All they do is scam people out of money thankfully i got mine back from doing a stop payment thru the bank. Dont let them take you money
This customer is completely lying and is attempting to cause defamation to our company and it's employees. He sent a deposit, but it was never cashed because a funding never commenced. We have compete documentation to support this.

We obviously cannot satisy everyone and 99.9% of those who we cannot help do not have any remorse towards our efforts. Anyone can post anything on the internet and 100% of the time it is never verified as accurate by website operators. While we understand that many customers from diners, grocery store patrons to people who go to salons are done wrong. And if claims are not the customers fault and nothing remedied sites like this may help. But we also believe an overwhelming amount of customers post false claims on the internet to harm companies like our, restaurants etc. because of their shortcomings. Most blog sites have a "report abuse" button to report false claims. However this one does not which should lead people reading these post to question the validity of the claim.

I needed $72,000 to upgrade my restaurant per Franchisor agreement. Ron who took our application was upfront, we would be hard to fund but also explained what we needed to do so they could help us. We complied but they asked for a few more documents, 4 weeks went by and I was frustrated and because banks took me this far and nothing funded. I got angry and said no but the next day I sent the documents they wanted. 2 more weeks go by and I loose faith but then I got the call that the vendors were paid and equipment would be delivered in 3 days. I felt ashamed that I made bad phone calls to Eagle and used foul language false accusations etc. But this company stayed true to me when know one else would. The owner even sent a cake for our grand reaping event. Trust these guys, they work for us small guys, I even distrusted at a point but they came through. I referred 6 other franchisees to them and all were happy.
