I was contacted by phone from a company that states they are handling an issue from Eastside Lenders aboutme. I am not aware of anything being owed, and when asked to provide paperwork, they refuse. I received an email from Lindsay Ellis from Accredited Receivables Management in Getzville, New York.
They are wanting over !000.00 for repayment on something I am not sure I did. Where do we go from here?
Here's a TRIED & PROVEN METHOD that stops illegal online PDL in their tracks. How? Simple. All states have a simple requirement that all lenders must have a PDL license to perform transactions in the state that the consumer will receive the money. Case and point: If you live in Nevada, and East Side Lenders conducts business with you, THIS IS ILLEGAL, MAKING THE AGREEMENT NULL AND VOID! They are based in Delaware. To make this even more illegal, the money IS NOT BEING WIRED FROM DELAWARE, BUT ANOTHER COUNTRY. Thus, making the transaction illegal and in direction violation of SEVERAL LAWS!
Please see the letter below. Please past the applicable law code, which can be found by a simple google search. Additionally, be sure to contact the respective offices in your state regarding these lenders; such as your Attorney General, Financial Commissioner, BBB to have these companies investigated and fined. Again, if the lender you have entered into a transaction with is not licensed in the state you reside in, THEY ARE NOT TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH YOU. DOING SO IS ILLEGAL, VOIDING previous agreements entered into. I hope this is a great assistance to someone. These companies are preying on the desperate and making absorbent profits off them. Turn the tables on them.
