Like many other reports on this company, it is excuses, and lies. It starts with a fee and promise to fund. This message is heard, once, twice 10x. It becomes very vexing when Joseph Tomasso keeps informing you the funding will take place the lender just needs a few more days. ALL OF THIS IS LIES. They will not fund, and as thier clause says if they don't FUND they must RE FUND. I took this complaint to BBB and Joseph wrote that my client did not supply ALL conditions by a certain date, which again is a LIE as I have emails directly from Eastern Capital stating the date was extened.
Stay far, far away from this company!!!! I beg you. LIES, EMPTY PROMISES
