So i go out of town and come back and i decide to check my balance on my cards and find a non authorized by me charge from this company so called "easykits," and i immediately start a dispute with them. When i first called they tried to tell me that i did authorize this charge for 79.00$$ and i know i did not so that was offensive then they hung up on me refused to escelate my call to a superior or give me information on how to access headquarters or corporate. When i started asking for more information on who and what the company really is the rep said that I qualified for only a refund of my money which is not fair because Im a victim of id theft so i deserve the entire refund back and then she kept rushing me off the phone and not letting me finish my sentences ask any more questions and i was therefore unable to verify the company that it is REAL OR SCAM!
I went to a work at home online, and it took me to a page and offered me a list of online work sites. I decided to buy the information for 4.95 or what ever the cost was and it took me to another page to buy books on how to work at home. This is a scam. I know I lost me $5 dollars and I have learned my lesson. But I am furious that I can't get it back.
